Great hardware store with a hometown atmosphere, and all my home repair needs are found, summer swimming pool supplies and repair services are available in the pool department they even answer my questions I have about maintaining my waters health, love the water testing over a computer with a print off of the results, showing what i need to add on chemical product, and a servicemen is available for me in case I need homesite pool service and repair needs, at the lowest price in the surrounding areas by a qualified senior licensed repairman, that has 30÷ years of pool repair skills, Jeff Reep keeps my pool amazing with by his weekly maintenance service and cleanings, At a more than affordable price and a monthly account available for me as a option to pay.Theres no extra fee for after hours services or weekends even holidays!! .So I highly recommend Caroline hardware store.

The employees go out of their way to make sure that you have what you need whether it be for a repair in the house or any of your gardening needs!! They do repairs on lawnmowers and weedeaters and small other yard work appliances!! Another great thing is it is close to downtown Lincolnton and right across from a great café where you can stop and get some good food ...while they do the repair on your lawnmower! With all that unique yard decorations and pretty yard flags and all the pool accessories!!! If you have to open your pool up or keep it looking good this year this is your place to stop!

Came in for a replacement runner for my dog. They were really great in that as soon as I walked in the door, I was happily greeted and offered assistance. Very friendly and willing to do everything they can to get you what you need!!

I just love these people! My husband and I got a pool last summer. We know NOTHING about pools. I was told to go to Carolina Hardware and they would help me with everything. And they did and do just that. You take a sample of your pool water, they test it, give you a printed read out, they even get the chemicals off the shelf for you! I cant say enough good things about them. And theyre merchandise? BEAUTIFUL SUMMER AND DECORATIVE YARD ITEMS! They even have pretty summer clothes and hats! If you have a pool, SHOP HERE!

I purchased a lawn tractor battery around Sept of 2013, come 4/1/2014, the battery is dead - charging during the winter didnt help. I bring it in and Im reminded that the warrantee is only 6 months and there is nothing they can do - its the company, not their fault, he said. I expect a battery to last longer than 6 or 7 months. They are apathetic for my business and seem to see less than good quality merchandise. I would recommend another store.

We love stopping in and doing a little shopping. They always have beautiful plants and flowers in the spring & summer and the people are always friendly.

Went back to take a heater back that was under a one year warranty. Well I purchased another heater because I dont go to Lincolnton that often. So I ask for a refund and the owner wouldnt give it back. Said he couldnt do it ..With the weather being as cold as its been since the heater quit day before yesterday. And thats all I heat with. I had to purchase another one. I will never do business with them again. He did give me another heater but I didnt need it because I had purchased another one at that time.

Great place to have you pool water tested. They have all sorts of products for pools and hot tubs. This establishment is also a Husqvarna dealer and service center. Their hardware inventory is a bit disorganized but the staff is willing to help.
