This is my go to spot every morning on my way to work. You walk in and no matter if its Meg or Allan they will greet you by name and make you feel like family! The energy teas are amazing and the double double chocolate peanut butter cookie smoothie is my favorite!

Great place to enjoy a nutritious smoothie and herbal teas. Great service and lots of fun. Comfortable and relaxing place to have breakfast or lunch. Its a smoothie bar with a nice atmosphere and they have all types of healthy supplements. Highly recommended by local folks.
