Great place to ship your packages! Friendly people always say hello when you walk in. They will stop doing other tasks and immediately come up to the counter or open another register to help you. Amazon returns are a breeze, they know exactly what to do and patiently wait while you pull up the code on your phone. I have been to other UPS stores who have lost return shipments. In my years of going to this store they have never missed an item or forgotten to ship a return item. This is the place to go if you need to ship sonething!

I had an amazing customer service there today! (Dropping off an Amazon package and printing a shipping label).Unfortunately, their PC was out of service, but the guy printed it for me using their PC (I sent my file to their email)

Charged extra to return a package that had a prepaid return. $21.00. Outrageous. Very disappointed. Was told they had to package it couldn’t use my packaging. This was a simple tool being returned with a prepaid label will not use their service again

I went online to check their hours since it was a Sunday, and saw some really bad comments. I have no idea why, because they have ALWAYS been helpful to me. I live in Maiden, and whenever I have to ship UPS, I go to their store. Then I read the comments and realized you meet these uptight types every day. One called the owner ignorant, and another went off about wearing masks. This is someones lively-hood, just because youre upset doesnt justify going online and giving a business a bad review!! I bet if we followed you around for a day, we could find A LOT of bad things you do.

So...I drive up on the day after the Governors order to wear masks takes effect. The sign on the door says We are wearing masks for your protection and stated customers need to wear one, too. ALL GOOD, so far. I take my box in, while masked, and two employees are there. One greets me enthusiastically and weighs my package...neither are wearing masks, despite the signage. I asked the gentleman why his door sign said masks were required, yet they were unmasked. He ignored my question, and talked about shipping options. I took my package back, walked to the door, and asked directly again, Are you going to be wearing masks? He replied, Not at this time. I told him I would not be back.I then went to the post office and paid $37.00 postage to a nice, masked lady. THANK YOU, USPS!!!Who knew, that Capitalists would lose money to declare their right to spread germs...

I hope you dont plan on mailing a package before 9:00am. Literally been sitting in front of the building for 45 minutes waiting on this place to open... Terrible!

Not full service. If you purchase a shipping label and insure your package they will not sign your paperwork to activate the insurance you just paid for, when you drop off at the this site. I was told, “I will NOt sign that”, and then instructed to go outside and wait for the UPS driver. Go to an actual UPS service center unless you’ve got a some time to kill.....

I had them ship a package. They used a recommended address from the internet but not the address or Zip I provided. Without telling me that they changed it I approved the original address. So the package was returned to them and they didnt call me. after 5 months the I figured out they had the package, they said they usually call when package are returned for address and it happens allot. They made me pay to reship it to the original address I gave them. I will never do business there again! Neither should any one else. I did all the work for their mistake and they get paid 2X. I wont be back. And the manager had the young girl call to tell me he is stiffing me. Wont happen again, BEWARE!!!!!

UPS store does not accept packages from UPS. Who knew? Now I have to open a claim with the credit card company. Package shows delivered to UPS store so this is going to be fun. AVOID THESE CLOWNS AT ALL COST!.

I am surprised at the amazing things they can do at this store. Eric was super helpful and friendly and a miracle worker. I brought in a 20 year old paper to have copied and it looks amazing, so much better than I had expected. This is definitely more than just a shipping store.

Sitting out side there building which states they open at 8 and google states the same, it is now 20 minutes after 8 and no one is here. Update your hours or have your employees be on time.

The team at this UPS store are friendly, knowledgeable, and always helpful. Whether I am shipping packages, have printing projects, or need other services these folks are always at the ready with a smile. As a fellow small business owner I’m a bit envious of the team Herbie (the owner) has put together.

Im not very good at technical things when it comes to my phone. I dont know how to print labels and such and needed to print a shipping label to return a item. Eric was very nice and helpful. He took charge of the situation with a smile and got me out the door and on my way. Thanks Eric Im not sure if you realize what your kindness meant to me.🤗

Exceptional service! Office supplies and printing needs! Order your products here at was and quick delivery. Mailbox services here with using a street address so you are able to get all packages unlike a P.O BOX. I love the UPS store.

Online and on door says open at 8:00 it’s 8:40 and no one is here and the mailbox for their phones are full. I need a notary so I hope they have one one staff like they say they do.

Ups never brought it to the right address ups has costed me thousands of dollers in the last month’s they told me to go to the law or complain to the manufacture where it was sent from every body knows that both of the answers are worthless and ups said it wasn’t their problem

When you as a employee see a guy with his arm full of boxes coming to the door and you continue to lock the door and dont even give him a courtesy by saying hey man were closing thats wrong.

Very poor service, employees not informed on correct policies. Sad that Staples is no longer in Lincolnton, never had any issues with them or the services they provided.

On May 3, 2016 I sent a letter package next day air from Lincolnton, NC to Fayetteville, NC. The receiver never received it. I have tried to put a claim in but they say they never receive the paperwork which I have sent 3 times. I just tried to call and was told the claims department would be in touch. I will not hold my breathe. They also keep cancelling my claim. I am hoping this will get someones attention. I am so frustrated with UPS. I will never use them again! This comment does not pertain to the Lincolnton, NC office. They have nothing to do with this. It all goes to the UPS store in general.

This place is over priced, they claim to be a third party store, which means they charge 3 times as much as the quote you get online. They are crooks. The US mail is always a cheaper option !

Clerk told me that it would cost 25$ to ship package. She informed me that the USPS was more and it didnt include tracking. Just left USPS ans shipped same box priority for 14.95. Not recommended unless you want to get ripped off and have terrible customer service.

Owner does Not support the second ammendment and will not allow you to ship gun parts at all. Also employee had to verify with her boss if she could ship a bow. Ridiculous place and ignorant owner.
