They know customer service. Everyone was very helpful and courteous.

Do not hv enough stock...very small outlet...executive packed ten 8 oz Marble Ultra Shea Cream in one paper bag so unprofessional!! It broke while coming down in Lincolnwood Town center....one of the worst outlet...pl do not go there and waste ur time instead drive couple miles extra on touhy and u can go to Niles store on touhy which is far better in terms of quality of service and stock etc..!!

Only been here 1x but can say its staff is wonderful! They are not pushy, make rude comments if you tell them you are looking, follow you like they are waiting to catch you stealing! Which really bothered me at other Bath& Body Works I have been to. Im not going into a store to steal!!!!

Need to be a math savant to calculate their specials. Difficult to smell samples, which their relentlessly cheerful staff apologize for. But BBW is still my happy place.

I loved how helpful the cashier on the sales floor was! I misunderstood a coupon and she was so nice about it, and helped me find something else it would apply to, and I am so happy with that purchase! The storefront could use an update, but thats only if Im being hypercritical.

I always forget to ask this ladys name when I come to Bath & Body Works, but she is 50 percent of the reason I keep coming back. (The other 50 percent is those three-wick candles, especially Rose Ivy and Hot Cocoa.) She is probably in her 20s with a rounder face and about 55, and she is consistently the nicest employee I meet in any store in Lincolnwood Town Center. Every single time I go in there, she helps me find the best deals, tells me how to effectively use the mobile app and makes a point of making sure I use any related coupons. I know if shes in there, Ill probably buy something I had no intention of buying and itll be worth it.I never used to go to Bath & Body Works until last Christmas. I got one Hot Cocoa candle, body wash and lotion, and then I was sold on the three-wick candles lasting so long. But running into delightful people like her was a serious bonus.

There is a lot of wonderful things but why so expensive? Its bad in some ways but I love it no matter what. It awesome they have flavors smells that I can taste them just by smelling it. I know that does not make sense but that is how I feel every time I walk in the store.It like an adventure!

I really like their app where every purchase counts towards points which leads to freebies. I also like that I can use my Victorias Secret card here.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. Even when the store is busy, it never seems to be packed which eases browsing. Probably my favorite location in the area.

I never need to ask for help and the sales associates are knowledgeable about all the products. Im always there it seems and not once have they pressured me to buy anything or kick me out for not buying anything, haha.

Great customer service. I only wish they would stop discontinuing all the products I like.

Came in today and greeted with the saleslady asking if I needed help I said No nicely cause I know what I like to buy from there (while trying out their lotion) she replied “so you just came in to put on some lotion?” . I didnt reply back and continued on to buy what I needed but I felt insulted by this lady.

These candles are way too much...in a good way!
