This place is a pretty cool pit stop if you’re looking for anything vape/smoke related. Their tobacco prices are decently lower than the local shops because of the municipality that they’re in. The people are hella friendly and it smells nice as soon as you walk through the door. Shoutout to Aqsa!

Started coming here after the city of chicago banned the sale of vapes in the city. Normally I never have issues but lately the price has been so inconsistent and changed each time I come in. Sometimes I end up paying $15 for a posh plus and other time $16. Think I’ll do some digging and see if I can find somewhere cheaper.

Honestly, the BEST place ever. Just moved into the area and finding hookah supplies is very hard. I found this place just walking distance from my apartment. I walked in and immediately was welcomed and the two guys there were so helpful. Recommended the best hookah I’ve ever tried. Forever will go to this place.

Ive been vaping over 9 years now. Ive visited hundreds of stores all over Chicagoland and the US and the world. I cant remember the last time Ive felt like a vape shop really cares about me and my needs and wishes. Sultan over at iCloud is absolutely the nicest and most service-oriented person in the vape community, period. I walked in after they first opened, and havent been to another vape shop since. I havent even ordered anything online -- Sultan just takes care of me.
