I bought an Air Max 270 from a different champs store, almost a week ago. Upon 2 days after I had bought the shoes and worn it, I noticed a small tear on the shoe. I had spoken with someone on the phone in Lincolnwood Champs and they had told me that I could exchanged the shoes. After I had gotten there and spoken with an employee, I wasnt aware that the shoes have to be unworn. One of the employee clearly made that clear, accompanied by nasty and unnecessary attitude. If this is what Champs employ, then Champs clearly needs to rehire new employees with a better train attitude.

Service was a bit slow, but great deals today. Love the CSG jogging suits!
