Great store, friendly staff, and a good selection of products. Right now they have a Riverdale section, but had apparel for anime, music, TV shows and movies, and more. Also has 2-3 large, well-stocked clearance racks of T-shirts at a very discounted rate.

Could use more popular music instead of rock all the time. Mix it up! Shirts could be more appropriate.( All from sis. I would just give you 5 stars. Perfect store for everything. Its my go- to when I come to the mall.)

I dont think Ive ever been to a bad Hot Topic. This one had all the classics: band tees, pop merch, and the ever-present crazy good sale. The employees seemed friendly and nice, which helps a lot!

The store itself gets 3 stars mainly because they dont carry any plus sizes in store. Anything plus size is online only which is a shame, fat people like to shop too! Aside from that I find it a shame that hot topic is really no longer about alternative fashion and now its just a store meant to sell and push the latest fads.

I absolutely loved my last visit cause they had lots of cool new merch for most of the fandoms Im in, and the cashier was super nice and even helped me out when i needed to find some gloves i was looking to purchase.

Lani was super friendly, and very helpful. Very pleasant experience.

Hot Topic isnt what it used to be forever ago but its still a nice place for teens to get their pop culture stuff.The workers there are fairly helpful and are more than happy to help you find not just what you need but what you may be looking for without even knowing it.

Very helpful and friendly staff! This place has a nolagia place in my heart from my long ago emo highschool days. My only complaint is the size of the store, I hope they could someday expand. They sell clothing but only seem to have one dressing room? Its not that well lit, has a red background and only one light. I think the store could use a makeover. The clothes arent just one style so I think a variety of people could shop there and find something they really like. Good store, but small. Look at google times or ask an employee when the store isnt as busy and hit it up then. Trust me, when two groups of teenagers and the mom with a stroller come in its a tight squeeze. Also dont remember his name, but the tall man with the lavender hair was a ray of sunshine. Very friendly and helpful!

Hot Topic is mainly known as a rock/gothic store, with its appeal to drawn peoples attention wit the colors, Even though the store is not entirely punk rock, the clothing and designs are very different and unique from others. The service in the store is excellent, the workers are very kind, and help you with your every need.

Have so much to offer for a little store.

Involves fandom merch which is great for me because I love fandoms!! Also has some emo things and adult swim things.

Very wide range of clothing and somekthing for everyone. The staff really help you out and the prices are average. They also have jewlerry and awesome shoes. So if in chicago this would be the place to visit.
