While exploring Lincolnwood Town Center for the very first time, had a craving for some ice coffee so decided to give this place a try since Ive never come across this franchise anywhere else.Venue seemed to be very clean, menu wasnt very extensive in fact the first 2 drinks I asked for were unavailable which couldve easily sent a few customers away in some mild frustration but I didnt mind other options and went with an iced Caramel latte which was yummy.Lady who served me was very friendly and apologized for not being able to make either of my original choices. Prices seem reasonable here and I would imagine Coffee Beanery does battle with other competitors like Gloria Jeans and Caribou Coffee. Not sure if they stand up to the ever popular Starbucks or even Hansa Roasters but I enjoyed my first experience here.I feel very fortunate to be employed full time and able to help struggling businesses in this dark period of time. Lets just pray for the best and that this limited or no dining phase will be lifted everywhere and better yet the Covid crisis ends.

I went to ask the lady if they had a handheld menu because the coffee looked good and I wanted to come back another time. With the most attitude I’ve ever gotten from someone working in customer service she huffed at me and pointed to the menu on the wall. I asked her “oh so no?” And she rolled her eyes at me and went back on her phone. I never write reviews and to be honest this place looks really good but I will not be giving them my business. I work in customer service and that was just not acceptable.

First of all I work in the mall for about 4 years now, I come here a lot to get drinks and snacks because it’s convenient( they’re nothing special) this time I bought something else from a different store and needed a napkin because it was spilling. I walked in and there was no one in there to ask if I could grab a napkin so I just grabbed one and left all the sudden this blonde lady comes up running behind me (mind you she wasn’t even in the store) with an attitude saying insisting that it was not right to grab a napkin without buying something, I explained to her that it was a single napkin. Also, there needed to actually be an employee there to ask that question..................... overall, won’t be returning. there’s no reason to give someone attitude for that. Touhy fruity is tastier anyways!

Great coffee as usual👍. Been here since the opening, it is under new management now they do not have buy 12 and get the 13 free anymore, which is sad for regular customers, also the lady might be on too much stress because it was rude that day🤔

The women working behind the counter on 4/15/21 at around 5:30 PM was NOT wearing a mask at all!she was WORKING MASKLESS and to believe there were still people going in to buy drinks sitting down. With their mask on was crazy to me! We’re still in pandemic but apparently not here at this coffee shop where their employees don’t even bother.

I always had great service. The food and coffee is great. 5 stars from me

I work in Lincolnwood town mall I come every day here for my coffee before work the Australian woman at the register is very rude! I will not be returning!

Best coffee ever they compare to starbucks but they are inexpensive and ice cream is good too

So the cashier got my order wrong I asked for a medium caramel chiller and a medium caramel cappuccino, she gave me 2 caramel chillers.. when I told her my order was wrong she didnt even apologize she got her manager and she didnt even apologize either.. they gave me the cappuccino but no caramel.. never again..maybe becuz we were Hispanics becuz they were both white ladies...
