Great attitude, quick problem solving initiative and follow up in an issue regarding money gram. Thank you for your help. Definitely will pay this cvs location a visit and avoid about 4 other ones in the area.
Friendly pharmacy service and self-checkout options. I really like this location.
Decent for personal needs items. Always have sales but sometimes overpriced. I prefer going to walgreens over cvs. I like that they started having self checkout because it makes the lines go by so much quicker. The parking lot is big and always find parking. The staff is friendly as well. Always get a warm welcome and asked if i need any help.
I just don’t get it how after that many negative reviews about the pharmacy and poor customer services there, nobody from corporate or store management is doing anything about it. In my particular case I waited for 15 min without anybody saying hello, or we will be right with you. To note not all people were busy with other customers. After that there was some miscommunication and language issues. To anybody reading this review, respect yourself and go to another location.
The staff and service is excellent, I have never had bad service. I have been dealing with the pharmacy for man yrs and they are very knowledgeable and polite and friendly. I have dealt with Simon, pharmacist for many yrs. I can’t begin to tell you how wonderful he is, all of the other staff also deserves 5 Stars.
Best pharmacy ever. Everybody is so kind and make you feel so nice. I have to drive 18 min from home. Mr Simon the best person in this pharmacy he is so nice so kind and friendly, we got the flu shot with him last year and he always is so kind. Thank you very much Mr Simon
They had the Godiva Candy Bars that were shown on my coupon. I could not find these at the previous grocery store. I was in luck they were on sale on these at BOGO 50% off 1 bar.
The pharmacy is terrible. Called in advance to see if the medication was ready; they said in 1 hour. Came by 3 hours later, they said its not ready yet, to give them ~20 minutes. I waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes, i came back then they suddenly dont have it at all. Now they are closed and my wife has to suffer another night with nausea. I strongly urge customers away from this pharmacy, it is not reliable.
Pharmacy is the worst! Do all the misfit pharmacist work at this CVS? Always an issue.
As others stated in their reviews, the pharmacy (especially the drive thru) is the worst I’ve been to. It was slow before but it is unbearable now. The LONG waits, the prescriptions are never ready and prices more than other neighboring pharmacies.
With Covid concerns high while providing services to individuals with medical conditions that may predispose them to more serious infection, really disappointing to see that touch pad pay option shared by multiple users is not cleaned between customers or that hand sanitizer is offered. As a pharmacy selling medical care services this is simply promoting spread. Wear gloves or bring your own sanitizer. CVS here offers no protection to their customers.
The cashiers and front of store personnel are great and well managed, unfortunately, the pharmacy is and has been a disaster. We have had this as our local pharmacy since moving to the area in 2014, it has always been bad, but it has somehow gotten even worse. The pharmacists never have scripts ready when they text that they are, and are so slow it is embarrassing. Every time we are in line to get scripts someone ahead or behind us are complaining about the pharmacists, techs, and overall service as well.
This place is located at the corner of Crawford/Pulaski (Lincolnwood/Chicago border) and Devon. Entry and exit get a little tricky. Enter W on Devon before Pulaski when you start to see the East end of the little strip mall, exit only westbound. The other entrance is on Crawford, but exit only north bound. That complicates the traffic flow in the parking lot, but it does accommodate 2 way traffic when folks know how to drive. W/C accessible parking and store entry. Clean, neat, well-organized, well-lit. This is a drug store, separate from the pharmacy with different hours. OTC pills, creams, ointments, some medical supplies, herb supplements, magazines. Groceries like bread, milk, chips, greeting cards, sundries, liquor, beer. Prices are not cheap some over priced. How overpriced? The name Premium saltines is supposed to be a name not a price description. $4.19 when its $2.74, $3.29 elsewhere. Prices better when you find specials like on batteries and some foods. The CVS 🔋 is frequently on sale and will do the trick in a pinch. Get the CVS card or app to get occasional $5 or more off, like for those crackers. The manager never smiles, easily irritated and snaps when asked a question. Other staff, like Allen and Carmen always friendly, willing to help find items, Overall this place is a 4 as a local convenience and its wide selection of items. The prices need work.
The worst customer service and worst pharmacy I ever experienced. They need to be more prodesional.
Horribly rude and unprofessional people at pharmacy. Came with asthma thru drive thru to save some steps. They said it would be 15 min. Pulled back up in 20 and they said another 15-20 min and I should come in and get it for no good reason. They proceeded to ignore me and the two cars behind me for 20 min. Go to Walgreens at Jefferson park instead. 4 people behind pharmacy, no one waiting in store and this was the best they could offer
Slow,rude and unprofessional.Find yourself a different Cvs
I pulled up to the drive-through and they said you can buy syringes in the drive-through anymore I said OK and then she came back quickly and said you know what we’re out of syringes all sizes no syringes,, So that I asked for the manager and he said well can I see your ID I said sure so that took like seven minutes since you have to come in to the store I came into the store no one was at the counter they did not walk up to me because they knew I wanted syringes made me wait kept on moving trays for another 15 to 20 minutes,, So she came at each me and she goes how can I help you I go well you know the syringe is that you said you’re completely out of it and all of a sudden you have them right so she went and got the syringe is that I need for my diabetes this whole thing took about a half an hour what should’ve taken two or three minutes what a horrible experience I will never go to CVS again
Tina was patient, helpful & so friendly!
Friendly staff, easy to park, always find my items and coupons make me safe money 💴
Possibly the worst, most irresponsible pharmacy ever. I was very very sick, got there a few minutes too late after leaving Urgent Care, the pharmacist would not give me the prescription--ok. But he refused to speak to me to tell me where another CVS pharmacy was that was open later so I could get it. Im not going to this pharmacy anymore. And will complain to Caremark about them as well.
It is like a normal store I go to get junk food
Manager was unfriendly and off-putting. Clearly didn’t want to put the needs of the customer ahead of his own profit. Would not advise.
Pharmacists are all fantastic.
I have called and called and called.. each time you push a number, it does not go through, then when you finally hear someone (after hearing the looping automated system for 5 minutes), they hang up on you! I have tried calling now 6 times and it happens every single time!!!!!! Finally went down and found out that its the phone line thats been broken for weeks. Staff was courteous, but very frustrating!
Great stAff
Worst customer service ever. That guy with glasses was the worst person I ever talked too. Gave him back my groceries and left.
This CVS is the best!
Not good
Worst pharmacy service. They answer calls after 1 hours. Never using their pharmacy.
