Unprofessional work place . So I come to the mall looking to buy a jeresy from lids both days I go it says open on google. I walk into the mall and the shop is closed even though the hours are posted outside. It doesn’t make sense that an establishment like this would have no one working in the stores such a shame.

Lid is a good store to for the best fitting Hats, But I love their signature machine, That put the name and the player number on the Side of the Hat .******A+

The service was amazing. New in the area and she was awesome. Definitely plan on coming again to buy more hats. Also her custom stitching was top notch.

I had the pleasure & opportunity to work with Destiny at Lids in Lincolnwood Mall Store#5587. I initially called to inquire about custom hats, pricing, & turnaround time for making some merchandise for my business & Destiny was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. From informing me that Lids only accepts .DST files, to helping me understand the colors/threads. I was hesitant to come in because well, everything is cheaper online but I can say with certainty, I will be back at this Lids with my business due to her excellent service.

Went here to find a fathers day gift. The associate working was so helpful, explaining the types of fit for each style and where I could find Chicago teams in the walls of hats featured. He also helped me understand how their third party website worked. When I was ready to check out, I was able to use my husbands lids reward account and he bypassed the email it wouldve sent to him so it wouldnt ruin the surprise. Also gave me a heads up to expect upcoming sales. Overall great customer service.

I had a previous order at a different location that had gone wrong on all accounts. Quinton stepped up and did his research and was able to get everything fixed in a just a few hours. I dont think any of the staff members would have been able to turn this around like he did. He was very positive and in full communication with me the whole time.Not only was he helping me with my order but he was multitasking as he was able to handle other customers and process payments all at the same time. He was easily doing the job of 3 employees. Lids should really consider having Quinton be the heart of your National training programs or create a special position just for him. Great employees are very hard to come and hope he is rewarded/recognized to the fullest.Maurice Halsted

Christopher was very helpful. Since the we walked in the store he greeted us and offered help. We ended up buying A couple of hats and some embroidery.

Their ability to give the customers what they want and embroider anything that is requested. The only reason that its 4 instead of 5 stars, is because they do sometimes make mistakes. That being said theyre always quick to offer and ensure that the mistakes are corrected. Its just sometimes a bit of a pain to have to go back. Otherwise, nothing but good things to say. Think of all the things that you might need or want from a store like that, and you really will get it…
