Very friendly very understanding. Help my mother a whole lot with her hearing aids

Very happy with all aspects of my experience. Marcus listens well and has answers to all my queries. The aids are very comfortable and I love the fact that they are rechargeable. They are even better then my friends similarly priced aids. I can hear in restaurants and he cant! I am pleased.!

Always a great experience. Miss Lilly at the desk welcomes you with a big smile. A real one, not a paste on phony smile!! Doc Marcus is great! Asks about the devices, fixes any problems, cleans and replaces batteries as needed!! What is really nice is that he will inform you of options. However he won’t try to up sell you, or try to get you to buy devices you don’t need. I went to another hearing place and the first question, before a hearing test even, was how much was I willing to spend!!I highly recommend this business, and go there regularly for checkups ect. You won’t find better professionals elsewhere. Say hello to Miss Lilly when you go there and tell Doc I sent you!!!

Hearing Instrument Specialist Marcus Savina and Front Desk Office Manager Lilly always go that extra mile for their patients. Even though my father has a 100% loss in his right ear and a 90% loss in his left, Marcus was able to tune an instrument so my father can engage in conversation again with friends and family.
