Stay away from this. Horrible service ..zero professionalism...I have appliance warranty and so has a washer water leakage. My warranty company engaged this company.I had to ask them come twice. both time he stayed not more than 10 minutes. It take washer full cycle (around 60 to 80 minutes) for water leakage to show up. I clearly told him. I also suggested if he cant wait for more time, he can stop by later once the full washer cycle is about to finish. He refused.So essentially he could not figure out the issue - which I double he can if he stays on for 10 minutes.And so his diagnosis was no issue - both the time. So I end up paying copayment and multiple calls with the warranty company.I have attached pics of water leaks which I showed him. He still refuses to give any further time.He left washer in the middle without tuning it off or moving in the position it was originally before he turned it around.

Don’t waste your time go somewhere else owner took advantage of us with taking our money no repair.Call back find out he blocked my number.Try wife called him to get help he said nasty things to her.I want to report him to better businesses or take him to court but waiting to see if he has a change of mind.I don’t know if the owner really cares that I post this here
