According to the website and all Autozones, I thought this place closed at 10 p.m., but not this special one in LindenLand NJ. I was told at 9:40 p.m., “O.k. let’s wrap it up, we’re closed.” Thursday 10/21/22When I questioned the gentleman on the time, his “fun” response was, “We have places to go and people to see.”Stick to your posted hours. Dont talk back to the customer. Mop after 10 so Im not slipping everywhere and put up “Wet Floor Signs.”Some elederly couple may need windshield wipers at 9:50 p.m. when it suddenly starts to rain, and thats when you get to be the hero, zero.
Good customer service and always answers the phone when I’m calling about parts. The guys there are really nice and helpful.
Staff seems lost or busy at the time of any pick up. Expect some delays receiving your spare parts. Generally good store.
Good selection, clean store, friendly staff. Beware the auto mechanics though, if youre there when they are, you get pushed to the side and can wind up waiting a long time for assistance. Best to buy online and pick up in store. Mask still required but not social distancing.

I experienced gender bias and discrimination followed by refusal of service once I started to record. The manager (who claims his name is Robinson but the employee who eventually helped me told me his name is Robin) stated I needed to be patient when I asked which direction the line was. He was very rude to me from first encounter and passed me up several times which lead to me questioning where the line started. The question somehow called for a heated exchange, in his mind, when he started to be rude to me when I told him I was just confused on the line. He appeared to be making excuses for why he didnt help me though I never accused him. Being the only woman in the store and continuing to be overlooked made me very uncomfortable. A customer then jumped in to the exchange and said women are impatient, good luck to the manager who nodded his head in agreement and said exactly. This was humiliating. He then said I was next, looked up my item and sent me in the wrong direction to find it, while he walked the store to pick out items for the men in the store he was helping. When I asked again where to locate the item because it was not where he directed me, giving me only an item number and saying aisle 2 on the right (I found out it was actually on the left) and saw how he was growing more rude I took out my phone to record, this sent him in a rage and he refused to help me. About 6 other people were helped before the guy who originally looked past me actually helped me. I spent close to 30 minutes in this store, patiently just to get a headlight for my car. This is something that happens way too often to women in these environments and as a manager this is beyond unacceptable. I never said a word to him and he decided to tell me I need to learn to be patient for simply asking where the line was after Id been skipped numerous times. I would like to speak to someone to address this. I have a 15 minute video of this encounter and Im sure the store has video from start to end

Their vehicle batteries cant be refunded. Policy is you can only exchange for a new battery but they wouldnt say if thats for the full price you paid for the battery or not. Dont care if its used or not used. They wont refund car batteries.
I have been at this store a few times with no issues but Friday the 26th I went to buy 2 new batteries and they offered to give me credit for the old ones and they applied the creditBut they charge it back at the bottom of the receipt in other words the lied to me.I went back 5 minutes after I leftAnd they denied me the credit for the old batteries. Bad business practice.Keep an an eye on your bill before signing.
This place needs someone a dedicated person ALWAYS on the register for people to pay for items. People wait on parts line with items they need to pay for and causes confusion. also you have employees outside tending to customers needs on there cars ex: battery,light bulbs ect...but no one to ring someone up who is just making a purchase. The priority for a business should be ringing people up not wasting time being someones non paid mechanic.

The gentleman(I didnt get his name) that helped us out today was pleasant and knowledgeable. We didnt quite know the names of the parts we need so he came out to the car, took a few looks around and BOOM. The parts were in stock and checkout was simple. Thanks Oh btw, the parts that we needed was brakes for a 2015 Camry & a valve cover

Very helpful employees. Very knowledgeable and get you what you need. Only reason they didnt get 5 stars is because I waited 20 minutes before I was even spoken to. One guy answered a call and even someone else before me and the other guy was busy helping a client. After he helped said client he came over and helped me too. Good work in and out and he was able to ease my earlier frustrations with the service. Also its New years day so that could be the reason for the amount of staff so Ill give them the benefit of the doubt and come again on a normal day.Update: a week has passed and my other light has blown and I come back of course and the service is even better this time. So I have updated it to 5 stars. The young lady behind the counter was a breeze to work with and never got frustrated with my lack of knowledge. This is the best AutoZone Ive ever been to.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I came in to buy a battery for my car and the Spanish lady at the counter was extremely rude. She would only help other Spanish speaking customers which is fine, but I literally waited 30 minutes just so that she could help other people that came in after me. When I asked for assistance she told me to “Move over to the other counter because she’s helping another customer” but said it very rudely. I will never return to this location ever again.
This store is great! Victor was super helpful in putting on my new windshield wipers & reattaching my license plates. Additionally when I needed help finding another kind of service, he was quick to refer a good place. I am so glad i stopped in and I know if i ever need anything else I will be coming back! Thanks again for being awesome.
Every time you order parts, a time is given and they never deliver their promises. They have no respect to customers or their needs. Fast to take your money and slow to provide you your parts.

Horrible customer service, I was standing in line waiting and the lady (which was the only person at the counter and attending the cash register) took someone else that cut in line; no we will be with you shortly or anything. They also had two people in the back, one on his cell (personal call) and another looking at a computer screen. No one came to the counter to help with the waiting customers. I left the store since I was so mad, and the I see another employee in the parking lot chatting. Better get your act together, changing stores.

They should hire more professional people and teach them about customer service. Takes 3 employees to help one customer. Waited a bit while two of the employees got done with a conversation then the cashier was on a blu tooth having a separate personal conversation about her plans tonight. Definitely won’t be going back there.

Lights out on day I went to shop, but was still able to make my purchase. Just parts of the store didnt have light. Was able to find what I was looking for.
Please hire people that know general automotive knowledge, not asking for much..Just simple stuff. For example an auto parts salesman should know that an F150 is made by Ford (they did not). I was astonished at how little these employees know, granted Ive been a tech for nearly a decade, but if you work in the sales side of this industry it would be who you know to know a little something about what youre selling. Is that too much to ask?
The manager is extremely abusive, I went back to return a piece because they gave me the wrong part and the manager started insulting me, and claiming I stole the part from the store. I tried to prove to him that it was paid for but he refused to listen. Finally I was able to show him the receipt, right when I was about to call the police. He realized he was wrong and didn’t even apologize. I just hope no one else goes thru this terrible experience. I’ll never enter this location again. I believe the managers name is Joel, he is extremely unprofessional. Stay away from this place, AutoZone is 2 minutes up the road.
Very helpful establishment. Friendly, and they even helped me install my wipers.I have mobility issues, & I really appreciated what the gentleman did for me.
The two older gentleman were very attentive to my needs. Instead of just making the sale, they took time to show and explain to me what my options were. They checked my battery and were very accommodating.

Will never return to this location. Scared my Daughter & made Her cry. My daughter was trying to throw something in the garbage, & the 1 bad seed employee yelled to Her hey! Hey! So She came back to me crying, & said he wanted to see what was in Her hand!! Said he was just doing in his job. I think he got his job confused with a correction officer. Third time there looking for the correct light bulbs. First time was helped & told which bulbs would work. Went back to purchase them & didnt remember the # on the bulbs, so the same employee that scared my Daughter today told me he couldnt help they dont sell motorcycle/scooter lights, which is completely false, thats why I left & found out which ones to get went to buy them today. Another employee very helpful even though he was busy. Was gonna purchase them until said incident happened. You want to ask me a question thats completely fine, but you do not question my Daughter

Person at register was busy having a personal conversation on his bluetooth vs helping the 4 or 5 people in line . No thank you when transaction was completed. Nothing I am Quite sure if he was not so busy in his conversation the line would have moved much quicker

Please make note, manager of this autozone. Your employee (a black dude) is rude af. Not trying to profile anyone but I didnt bother to know his name. I asked him a simple question, Do you have..., he replied NO; I took that as a joke and he repeated with a response NO before I finishes my sentences for 4 consecutive times. I was beyond pissed and left without anymore questions.

Bought windshield wipers
I was here yesterday only reason I would rate this place a 4 star is due to the lack of professionalism the manager has I was asking her a question and she rudely said I don’t speak Spanish and handed me over to another Spanish speaking employee as if I don’t speak English . Now the reason i even gave this place a 4 is because the Spanish speaking employee was professional and helped me with what I came here with she got me in and out I appreciate her very much.
Expect long wait on this particular autozone for no aparent reason. It gets really crowded but after that the staff is attentive to your needs

Problably the worst Autozone location you can visit or do business with especially Angel who was very rude and nasty... In all reality they do not even deserve a single star... The counter people are all very rude and have no knowledge on what they are doing.... They are fully staffed yet still have a long line, since dealing with every every customer take them at least 15 to 20 mins.... Beleive me, If the particular part you are looking for has 3 choices in the parts catalog, then you will be back 3 times until you get the correct one! Because they will keep guessing on the part instead of asking you for the info the catalog is asking them.. Someone either on a corporate level or district level should do something about this store not only is this store hurting your brand, but is also loosing you money....I guarantee, This place could be probably be making more money, if it wasnt for the current staff they have!!
Takes forever to get service. Half the time the employees are standing around or in the back while one guy works. I went here for years, now I go to Advanced Auto Parts.
