I loved working with Russels and Erica! She was so great. I used them as a bridesmaid for a friends wedding, and then for my wedding dress, bm dresses, and the two mothers dresses. They were all altered perfectly, dresses were exactly what we wanted and ordered and all arrived well in time before the event. My mother and I each had three fittings, and the girls were all able to get as many as they needed (some were good to go off the rack, others needed one or two alterations). Excellent customer service on their end, and I have already recommended Erica and Russels for a friends mother of the groom dress!!!! Will continue to recommend!

Such personal, caring service. You cant get that everywhere. The women there are so attentive, they make you feel like you are at an upscale, custom salon; however the prices are reasonable. Love this place for making this part of the wedding just lovely, and so much fun!

A very disappointing experience. I have shopped here before, I purchased my wedding dress in 2012 (second wedding) very nice experience. So when my son announced his engagement, I knew exactly where I would shop. I made an appointment, why? I have no clue, they directed me to the dresses and walked away. Answered phones and helped other customers. I left. Very disappointed. Never will I go back there again. I also had to use the bathroom...it was gross.

This is just the most wonderful store to do business with. From start to finish they made the dress buying experience - exeptional. Their staff was superb- Their selection is just fabulous. both of my girls bought exquisite dresses from them- from top designers. Their prices were so reasonable and fair. They also do free alterations & they are done well. They are kind and nice and fun! What more can people ask

Staff is very sweet and pleasant. There is a variety of dresses and tuxedos. They have a great deal when you order a bundle for a bridal party. So worth it!

They cant measure properly. You try on shirts in store then they order cheap Chinese crap that runs 3 sizes too small. The employees try their best but it obviously the owners who set where the orders go

It took me over two years to write a review on my experienced with the staff at Russells Bridal because I am not the type that write reviews. Besides, I think my conscious would be hunted for the rest of my life if I do not share my encounter with the staff. Let me start out by sharing that I ordered the bridal gown late so from time to time I was calling the store to checked on the status of the gown. When the gown did arrived their competent seamstress made a lot of alterations to the gown, my bra/girdle, they added personal things on the gown for me. At the end I felt like I had a costume made gown without breaking the bank. The team at Russells Bridal are exceptional and they will assure that you are satisfied. It has been two years since my experience with them and I hope the service they provide remains the same. My wish is for your experience with the staff to exceeds mine and to help someone with their decision on choosing a place where to purchase their bridal gown or any other service they provide.

This shop is extremely horrible, rude and unprofessional. Im very happy that I went with Davids bridal for my own wedding but this miserable experience is for a wedding that I am in. First, they told us that anything over a size 10 is plus sized and they would have to charge us an extra $45. This place is an hour from my home so i went to a reputable seamstress whose been in business for over 20+ years and got my measurements taken and I called them in. Lo and behold my dress arrives and its a size 20! If I dont hold it up, it falls all the way down to my waist. They are extremely unaccommodating and I am 100% sure that they did this on purpose so that we would have to pay more money for alterations, money that I do not have. The dress is not worth $211. I understand that you have to upcharge, but this is RIDICULOUS! I will not be taking my dress to pretty much get torn apart and put back together here. Theyre greedy and money hungry. Its no wonder they cant keep anything straight, there are young girls at the front desk and everything is kept with a Rolodex system. When I called to give my measurements I could hear the girl stuffing her face, so she either wrote them down wrong or this whole thing is a scan for more rush charges and alterations and so on.

The bridal shop side was GREAT! Bought my dress & made an appointment for my fiance at the attached tux shop...AWFUL!!! What a mistake!!!The two young staff members did not greet us, introduce themselves....say or do anything until I had to go get their attention.I had explained over the phone this would be our first time looking and we dont know what we want but we were excited to see what they had and learn our options.The young lady who was supposed to be assisting us, had no personality and was either very inexperienced or just has poor people skills. I was extremely disappointed by how we were treated. I will not go back and do not recommend the tuxedo shop. 😓

I must have tried on 50 dresses at multiple places before I found the one at Russells… I’m taking about my bridal consultant, Sue! (And my dress :)). This place has such a great atmosphere - the dress options were extensive and the staff is so professional and genuine. By the time I got there, I was kind of over the oohs and ahhs - I just needed to find the dress already! From start to finish, Sue was so calm and helpful. I told her exactly what I was looking for and what my budget was. She didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want (like the other places did). She simply had me try on the styles I liked and didn’t waste time. Sue’s approach was the perfect blend of business and excitement. If I didn’t like something, we moved on. Once I found the dress, she helped me with the vision by adding small things that would make it look nicer. She wasn’t pushing - she genuinely wanted me to like it! I felt like we were working together, rather than feeling pressured. Between the moment of purchase to the pick up, the service just got better! Sue was in constant contact and encouraged me to come for multiple fittings so it was JUST PERFECT. Silvia, the seamstress, was extremely talented. The rest of the staff was comforting, celebratory, and remembered my name although I didn’t work with them directly. Russells was a fantastic experience. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else!

This place lacks customer service and lacks manners and experience on how to treat their customers. Ive never heard and witnessed so much attitude from a business before. I ordered suits here for my groomsmen and I. All of us came in to be measured before the order could be placed. 3 months later we went in for fitting one by one. Ive never witnessed such a horrible attitude coming from someone that claims they want your business. One by one my groomsmen called me complaining that they each were told they shouldve been notified that they were working out and they had to be resized 4-6 sizes up.. mind you THEY HAVE THE MEASUREMENTS and NO ONES BODY STRUCTURE JUST CHANGES OVERNIGHT. Their college clothes still fit them well.. one of them called to tell me they gave him a size 46 suit during fitting when he was clearly measured for 42 and when he mentioned it to them they then told he lost too much weight and they shouldve been notified ahead of time. My fitting you ask? My pants were so tight my testicles were screaming GET ME OUTTA HEAR!!! They never owned up to any mistakes and kept placing blame on the customers. We all had to have our suits reordered and resized 2-6 sizes up or down.. WHAT WAS THE POINT OF THE MEASUREMENTS?! Then with an attitude says to me see this why we dont do fittings until a week before the wedding! What?! Do you understand the amount of stress that builds up during that time then imagine if we have to do alterations??? WHAT?? Thankfully we had all the suits in and got them altered by someone else, none of the groomsmen wanted to deal with that store anymore. I DO NOT recommend this place for wedding suits, fittings, alterations or ANYTHING WHATSOEVER! It lacks professionalism, character, and care for the people that are coming in for help and paying their hard earned money only to receive an attitude. Aside from the affordability of the suits, I wouldnt look twice at this place if I walked past it on the street. Id rather tell friends I ordered my suit from China than to tell them I ordered it from this place.

Absolutely HORRIBLE ! Its been almost 2 years and I still DONT have my wedding dress and the store owner is no where to be found ! Im heartbroken and disgusted! I will be pressing charges against them ! They have ruined this entire experience for me. Huge waste of time and over $2,000 gone! Run far away from this store!
