The staff are beyond friendly and knowledgeable. Always a pleasant time when I’m upgrading or buying accessories. Glad this is my neighborhood AT&T store. I always recommend people to this location. My mom was an AT&T operator in the 70s and 80s. It’s good to be home!
We went in and got help immediately with Byron. He explained everything we needed to know about our purchase (an upgraded iPhone) and made the process easier. I recommend this location because the staff is very helpful!!!!

I asked for a Simple thing to add a line and change to business, took hours in the store with a manager, no regard for my time, her excuse system is slow and has to update, called back same manager why it’s still not changed, same excuse system is processing have to call back and bare with them… hilarious and sad!!
We went in to simply check out the new phones and we were greeted by Kelvin . He was extremely knowledgeable about all products. He explained the different programs and we were introduced to a first responder program. He was extremely polite, explained all products, helped us set our new phones, and transferred all information . He ensured we were comfortable with our purchase and strives for 100% customer satisfaction. Highly recommend Kelvin for anyone who is looking to purchase a new product or simply get information. During the pandemic I was happy the Linden AT&T store was open, practicing safe distancing and everyone was masked and gloved.My phone screen was destroyed and I was in need of a new phone. My wait time was less than 5 minutes. David was the salesman that helped me. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. My main concern was walking out with a bit of a bargain and a new phone! After discussing my needs David recommended and set me up with the Galaxy S10E. Leaving a minimal deposit I was out the door and on my way home in less than 20 minutes! And I truly love my new phone.I highly recommend the Linden AT&T store. And as AT&T has been my provider for over twenty years, I can honestly say that Ive NEVER had any service problems in all those years. I definitely will remain a loyal customer.Long story short 👍👍👍👍👍😁

The Linden Store location has some of the best Staff I have ever dealt with and I have been. Long time customer starting with Will, Kenisha and Byron they have always answered every question and concern I have ever had. Also Aldo the Manager was extremely polite and made sure all my questions were answered.

The sales rep that they gave us was not aware of At&t products and services . She was on her celular phone texting the entire time and laughing with the person that was texting her . At times we had to wait for her to get off her phone to ask a question because her head was down. I am so beyond disappointed. I initially thought the two staff members may be tired and rushing to close but after seeing the store hours, Im angry. I went into this store with a friend who is a customer of at&t, he wanted to purchase airpods and I wanted to inquire about opening an account. First off, the two guys were dealing with a female customer and none acknowledged us. After they were unsucessful in resolving her issue one asked if he could help us. My friend advised him he was looking for ear buds for his phone, the rep who seemed royally annoyed asked what kind of phone he had, once he heard it was a galaxy phone he pointed to the wired headsets on the wall and said thats all we have for iPhone so we have nothing in the store for purchase for galaxy. We asked about airpods to which Kelvin S rudely responded well those cost$170, I then interjected and said ok and? By the tone of his voice he assumed we couldnt afford to purchase $170 airpods? That is such poor customer service. Needless to say we purchased the pods so we could get his name on the receipt. I did not nor will I ever open an account with at&t because of this incident. Additionally I will be reaching out to our companys HR, Marketing and Sourcing department to discuss this concern as I highly doubt any company who strives for customer excellence, inclusiveness and diversity would encourage employees to open accounts with a company who clearly has employees who are biased and not trained in diversity. I strongly believe no company would be having discount partnerships with any company that supports these behaviors. I am deeply disturbed by Kelvin S behavior, attitude and outright biased attitude towards a customer he deemed to be less than. He should be remediated in customer service and given diversity tolerance training.

These days are not easy to find out a great customer service experiance, and is even less common to find myself leaving a review, but is the less that I can do in this ocassion to highligh the professional and pleasent service received today at this location, I can say that their representatives are so professionals and you can feel the good energy all around the places

Just had the best experience working with Angel at this location! She was knowledgeable and extremely helpful in finding us the best plan and even helped my mother-in-law find that joining our plan would save also! She was patient while I was trying to find information and even when our son was crying. I will be going back to her for sure. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Really made the entire experience a breeze!
Omg William from the AT&T store located in Linden NJ is amazing. I literally stopped him on his lunch break as he was picking up his food and told him I was having issues pairing my Apple Watch to my iPhone. After spending 3 hours in the Apple store and another hour at a T-Mobile location, William solved my problem without a second thought. That’s what you call amazing customer service!!! Hey who knows AT&T might have themselves a new customer :)

My cousin purchased a new Samsung phone at this location. Young lady was very knowledgeable and helped my cousin choose a new phone and transfered all information from the old phone to the new phone. She was really excellent, as she multitasked, helping other customers pay their phone bills, etc. Go to this location to buy or update your phone. Great service.🙂

Great customer service from this store. Had to wait a bit and went in with the intention of getting a Simm only deal but Customer Service Rep was able to help resolve issue with another service provider and we ended up not needing another Simm. Grateful for the help and patience with the two Grandmas who insisted they would come back if the Simm from another service provider stopped working again. Lol.....Rep was super patient even though he missed out on a sales opportunity. AT&T came highly recommended as the other service provider Simms we purchased previously didnt work on our UK handsets.

Karl and the manager tried to swindle me and my partner. Very dishonest practices, if it werent for kenisha (I believe its spelled like that) constantly trying to help us and trying to to better our situation, we would have left at&t carrier as a whole.
Worth place ever
I ordered an iPhone 7 and had it shipped to the store. I tracked the shipment like the sales rep told me to do, I went the store to pick up my phone around 3:30pm and the supervisor lied to me and told me that the phone wasnt in. More like too lazy to process it into inventory. Mean while theres 3 reps sitting around doing nothing and 1 taking care of a customer. This shipment came in at 12:19pm theres no reason why I shouldnt have to wait until the next day to get something that I already purchased just because people dont want to work and rather sit around on their ass. If they dont give me my phone by tomorrow morning I will cancel the phone and go to Verizon like I should have done a while ago.
I just visited the at&t Linden store to pay my bill, I did not want to go to the Garden Outlet Mall at&t store and confront the traffic nightmare in there. I got to the store using my Waze app that has the address S on Edgar Rd. That is a little mall with big brands so I begun my search for at&t store and I found it next to restaurants.When I got in, a very polite CSR came to me and told me where I could make the payment, other csrs were helping other customers and the place was nice and gives a wonderful. impression. Congratulations, this is what I expect from my at&t store.

And the one who works there would open the box and set the cell phoneWhen I left my car, I looked at the box and gave me 128 GB, I got back about 1 minute and told them that they gave me the one that is not. The seller said. You cant want to change it, its 45 dollars more, I told him.It was his mistake. Not mine . The manyer assistant came out and told me we do not sell the 512 GB one, it is not only onlineA lie then because they have the ad where they have the example that if they sell it, they said sorry.It didnt help me or anything. It would have been my brother, I accept it but it wasnt.
