I have been using Universal for sending packages to Europe for many years. I sent a package on May 19 2021 and to this date 8/8/2021 it hasn’t been delivered. I called Universal to ask for assistance to help me what is going on and when this package be delivered but I received no help . I was given email address and phone number for another company. I paid Universal and they should assist me but I got no help or any interest in helping me. I am very disappointed, hope others will not have the same experience. Don’t understand the level of disinterest in helping a customer. :(

Unfriendly service, just like in 1980s Communist Poland where the store ladies acted as queens treating customers any way they wanted, badly.Today we were driving more than 20 miles to post a parcel to Poland. We got delayed for a few minutes very near to the store, navigation calculated our arrival one minute after stores closing.I called them to ask if they could wait for us just one minute; they refused. Meanwhile, the traffic eased, we arrived at 3:59PM. We saw a customer leaving right in front of my husband, but since they knew we were coming with a parcel, they closed the door right in front of our nose to avoid serving us.I wish I never called so they would not be prepared to jump up in order to lock the door and avoid being held up for an extra 2 minutes.This is how much of their time it wouldve taken. Am I asking too much?We need to find a new place for posting parcels to Poland. This one is over for us.
