Visiting Prince Donuts last week and spend some time with Fernando who is the owner and his daughter Stephanie who more or less runs that facility in Linden New Jersey. Prince donut produces a very wide variety of baked goods specializing in breakfast type items like muffins and pound cakes in addition to cookies, Black and Whites and more. Its a great business that provides many jobs for the local community while the bakery distributes product nationally and into the Caribbean islands. The family-owned business is very easy to work with and Ive enjoyed my relationship with them for many years. Look for their products in the marketplace under the brands Fernandos Bakery, and American classic, and Marcias Gourmet

I purchased for the first time a Viking Snack Cake (Coconut cakes) it was the worst. Dry and stale. No coconut taste at all. Waste of my money. 👎

I ate one of these chocolate Devil cakes and Im going to tell you Im hooked on it Ive been eating them everyday for over a month. Their chocolate snack cakes and beautiful Im hooked.

I bought a pkg of the Prince donut mini blueberry muffins and let me tell you they were horrible. They had an awful taste and absolutely no blueberries what-so-ever.

I ate one of their corn muffins earlier today--and, quite frankly, I dont think they use enough corn, because they tasted a little dull.Robert Mazzella
