Had my two sons drop off a snow blower that I personally fouled up by leaving gas in it over the course of two years. They told us it would be 3 to 4 weeks because they were busy so... I had no choice. Left the blower and went home weeping over a storm coming in 2 days and having no blower. Much to my surprise, the following day, today, I received a call telling me the snow blower was ready. I was upset that they performed work that I never received a call about. They told my sons it would be around $100.00 but they performed work that cost 3 time more and now I was between a rock and a hard place because I either pay or let them keep the machine. In either case, Id lose. Ill make a long story short. My son mentioned my disappointment but that I was going to pay anyway. the gentleman behind the counter told my son to hold on and when he came back, the result worked out and Im am a very happy customer. Hope they allow me to come back because Ill be a customer for life. I also have a small power washing business and Ill be bringing all my machines to them instead of doing it myself. Thank you MRI for working with us and understanding our frustration.
