I recently booked a storage unit online at the Public Storage in Linden. I am yet to visit the facility, but tempted to leave this review now itself to share my experience. The facility manager, Tatiana, is awesome!! The moment I booked the unit, Tatiana called to introduce herself, walk me through the online rental process in detail, answer all my questions and schedule an appointment for me to visit. After I completed the online reservation, Tatiana promptly called to thank me and again answer any questions. Very professional, pleasant, courteous, thorough and helpful team, led by their manager Tatiana.

Tatiyana was very helpful. This is a great place for storage. Its very clean & spacious.

I rented a storage unit from this place for a year. Upon move out Please be mindful that they will charge you a full month at the end of your term even if you move out on the 1st. Essentially you’ll be paying a month when your items aren’t in storage. Garbage. Rent elsewhere.

Tatiana was a great help to me in getting processed. My phone timed out twice and she stayed very calm and professional. I am very thankful to have called while she was there to help me with great service and all the information and directions I needed .Thank You.

Spoke with Lisette and she helped me and my husband she gave great insight on the online renting process. I came there also the other day to check out the property and it was amazingly clean. I needed to find a 10x10 storage unit to move into immediately and as soon as Casey got in the front door she began searching through available units and found one that suited my needsShe was very helpful and understanding. She even checked on me during the day as I moved in.The Property is very well maintained and the unit ( that was just vacated this morning ) was cleaned and ready for me to move in.I would recommend this storage facility to anyone.

The place is convenient and the rep Courtney is great. Very professional and courteous. The only problem I have with the storage place is that they charge you for minor things to make more money. I had to purchase a cylinder from them not the unit I have doesn’t take a lock. Then they make you take their insurance otherwise they can’t rent you. Big scam charging for everything.

I needed to store my car for a couple of months. It was easy to move into the space when I needed it, and easy to move out of the space when I no longer needed. No vandalism or damage to my car :-) I will park here again the next time I need to store my car.

The huge storage building is clean and has controlled temperature capacity, just too pricey.

I had to rent a truck from UHaul even though CubeSmart had a courtesy truck available from their other facility down the street (corner of Park and Linden, in Linden, NJ), but they wouldn’t allow me to use it unless I stored my stuff in that location, which wasn’t convenient for me because the location didn’t have the size I was looking for and didn’t have climate controlled, like I wanted. The employee tried really hard to convince the manager at the Park and Linden location, to no avail. I appreciate how nice and sweet she was and would give a five star rating to her and to the employees at the location where I’m storing, off of 1&9, but the manager at the Park and Linden location doesn’t seem to care much for working with his teammates in providing customer service and support.

I have been using American sefl-storage at Linden for nearly 1 year. Compared with another 2 self-storage facilities I had used in this area, This one has the best price. Currently I am renting a 10x10 feet room, with the same price, I were only able to rent 2 5x5x5 feet lockers in previous storage. The manager and staff here are very friendly and professional, the facility is clean and well-maintained. I will recommend it to everyone! The best self-storage in the area!

I have been with CubeSmart for almost 4 years since attending Kean University and each CubeSmart location either in Elizabeth or both locations in Linden, I have not been disappointed with service. I highly recommend this company with no questions about it. They help you seek the best deals and the best locations.

Good when they first opened for their prices, now they seem to raise their prices twice a year. One would figure theyd give you a break for long term rental of units.They give free use of their moving truck once in order to move in but not out, parking really not much, have to walk around in order to get to door, not convenient however late electronic access is good, the random lock on your unit placed there by mistake for non-payment when you did could be annoying when going after hours but otherwise the facility inside is good.The road leading to place is full of huge potholes and so is their parking lot so be careful.

Employees where not helpful at all. There was Construction going on and they where more worried about an issue with the front door keypad than helping me the customer. They had the nerve to tell me I had to come back another time because they where to busy to help me.

I have reserved drive up storage and when I showed up same day they told me that they don’t have drive up storage available anymore and they only have one in building. Smaller storage for bigger price.
