Over price on some items they also delivery to my house and one of employees ( driver ) broke something on my backyard but the service was good. They only forgot to load something .when they arrive They didn’t have the cooler but the driver came back with it just on time thank you guys.

My whole day was ruined by this place I’m 7 months pregnant my baby shower times were from 4-7 my guest were showing up on time and still no one arrived to set up until 5:30 6:00 then they had to make two trips. On the contract the times for them to set up were from 10-1 then they gave me a 30 dollar refund when I spent nearly 1000 dollars with them. I’ve kept my composure for my special day but I am truly upset. Also the phones just so happened not to work that day as well. I’ve been trying to get a hold of a manager and nothing.

I Called at exactly 11:50am to ask for pricing on renting tents and chairs for an event, the young girl who answered the phone did not have any customer service skills. She asked for the event Date and I provided the information, she tells me to hold, then shortly place the call on hold for about 5 mins. Then she comes back to the line to tell me if I can call back TOMORROW because she was doing something and was very busy. Very unprofessional, and not customer friendly.

Terrible service and even worst rental items. I was told that the clear columns that I was renting were being made for me I was the 1st to come in with this request. When I arrived to pick up the items they were wrapped up so I left them that way so they wouldnt get damaged during transport. When I reached my venue and saw the terrible mess that they had given me I called them immediately. One of the columns fell apart. The situation is still unresolved and they avoid my calls. Please think twice before using this horrible rental place.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE ! you might see many bad reviews but their place is great HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, its so clean their service SO NICE, if i could give this 100 good reviews promise you i would ! So many nice people their place is so clean, Their stuff is so clean and works so good their tables ! Their mantels their chairs their bouncy houses. Me and my family and friends always order from here ! and theirs yet alot more to come their employees had said! The boss is so nice ! EXCELLENT JOB ! I LOVE THIS PLACE

I wouldn’t even give a star if possible. The young lady who helped me over the phone was very nice. It was kinda a last minute rental and if they couldn’t come through, they should have never committed. I was having a bridal shower for my sister and needed a table and thrown chair at the venue no later than 1pm as the party started at 1. She assured me if they can they will try to be there early, but said they will definitely be there by 1pm. When they weren’t there at 1:30pm I called them 5 times until 2pm to tell them to not even bother, but no one answered. 2:30pm came and the delivery shows up and I did not accept the delivery. The party was in full affect, guests on the dance floor, and they thought they were gonna walk through all of that setting up, that’s crazy. I really appreciate her trying to help, but again if you can’t do it don’t commit. Very bad for business and bad service. Not even a phone call to say we are late, not even to pick up my call. I wish I read the reviews before I booked.

Poorly organized. Late with drop off! Better places locally. I should have listened to other reviewers! PLEASE go elsewhere. They are not organized nor professional. Prices are eh, but you get what you paid for. Im surprised theyre still in business. Take your business elsewhere, they arent worth the hassle!

VERY disappointed with my experience with Vikos Party Rental. I rented 3 machines; popcorn, cotton candy and snow cone machine. Didn’t get delivered in the time frame given. Once delivered there were NO instructions, I had to use YouTube to teach me how to use the machines. There were missing parts to the machines. No knob for the the speed of the cotton candy machine, so I couldn’t use the machine. The popcorn machine’s door was broken and couldn’t stay closed so the popcorn did not stay fresh. The snow cone machine was the only machine that worked correctly. They did not come in the time frame given for pick up. I wanted 2 hours extra for them to pick up the machines. I called to get a some type of refund or credit. I am getting that run around. I was offered 10% off of my next order. I do not plan on doing business with this rental company ever again. I should have done my research before, the reviews sucks and they have low ratings. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE, DO NOT SUPPORT!!!!!!!!

Horrible Customer Service! No Accountability! No respect for customers. I ordered a tent, bouncy house, tables and chairs for my daughters birthday party which was supposed to start at 2 PM. They not only arrived 3 hours late, it started to pour (at the time I expected it to rain) and all of our stuff got ruined. They needed help putting up the tent and were missing pieces. My guests had to all pitch in and help set up for the party. It was a disaster. I called, sent pictures, e-mailed and still have not gotten a follow-up. I am very disappointed with this company and will never use them again. I understand things happen but the lack of respect and customer service is inexcusable. STAY AWAY!! THEY WILL RUIN YOUR EVENT and TAKE YOUR MONEY.

A lot of bad reviews but I think they were great. I rented a bounce house with a slide. I even had to add a couple chairs and tables last minute and they were accommodating. They delivered on time but picked up next day kind of late. Wasnt a big deal to me because it was our backyard, but i dont know how that would have worked for someone who NEEDED it out by a certain time. I guess if you have time limits youd really have to specify. The lady who helped me was very nice also. Id use them again. Thank you!!!

Ive rented from here on multiple occasions (usually last minute), and they always have what I need, and the prices are very fair. Service is good too, the lady in the front is very sweet.

Honestly if I could. I wouldnt even give a star! If you need anything for a wedding. DO NOT COME HERE! its going on 4 weeks and my best friends wedding is 4 weeks away and her ribbons still arent ready! And every time we came to check date they give us a further date. When I ask for name or number to call for the ribbons, they cant give to me, yet they also wont call for a status. Instead I have to wait another 3 days for them to say they arent ready. Horrible customer service always. DONT GET ANYTHING HERE
