I called because I needed to rent a dryer. He seemed As if he didn’t want to be bothered with my “little transaction” I Live about 20 minutes from the store location and in the end he told me it wasn’t worth his time for him to do all the paperwork and bring the dryer to me. In the business of sales especially in the middle of a pandemic you would think any money is better than none. Had he would’ve asked he would’ve known there was a sectional living room set there that I wanted and I was going to pay in cash and only rent the dryer. He would have made way more money had he Treated me with an ounce of respect. Therefore I called another company I rented a dryer and paid cash for sectional living room set they had there. The moral of this review is you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. The other company made a couple thousand dollars while he made zero. I can’t believe the audacity that he had to tell me it wasn’t worth his time. I guess this company doesn’t care about their customers or potential customers. I believe upper management should step in and maybe re-train the people they have answering the phones because you loose When you treat people poorly. Maybe they are such a big company that a couple thousand dollars and a dryer rental won’t make a difference to them. However looking it up online it seems like they could use more income. If I could rate negative I would. I tried to call back to get the persons name I spoke to twice and they wouldn’t even answer the phone. That’s terrible customer service and I will make sure that I tell everybody I know in person and on my social media platform how terrible the service is there so noot only will they lose my business but they will lose the business of others. Buyer beware before you do business with this company really think about it.

This place is amazing! Manageable payments, Bryan, as well as the rest of the staff, are always helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that you leave the store happy. I have never had less a five star experience and have purchased multiple items from them. I recommend that you go and check them out.

I love this place...They are awesome at premier. Come down and check it out. They will find you anything your looking for. If they dont have it they will go get it and finance it so you have the item.

The cleanliness of the store and the quality of the merchandise is amazing! The sales and management team are courteous and profession as well as there delivery guys. I would highly recommend all my family and friends to try them out. Low payments and you own the stuff faster than their competitors.

This is a Great Place I been with them for 1Year I have purchase many things the Manage Brian Is Very Friendly he make u feel at home and if u need something thats not in the store he will get it for u or try to get it or see what else he can offer u... The Store is always Clean And Neat It make u want to purchase something .........I recommend everyone to go to Premier

Don’t get anything from these place the owner runs your credit card without permission charges extra and they don’t even call you to ask u if you want the stuff for another month Monday I will be going there with the police department to see who ran my card with out my permission don’t get anything from here

I had a problem with them takeing out my card when I did a one time payment for my friend they kept takeing out my card without authorization and when I talked to the owner he hung up on me I told them to take my card off file and they didn’t and proceeded to take out my card three times now I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone they are not professional
