I had Charles install Sonos this past summer. We had some issues with getting the system completed. Once he couldnt figure out why my system wasnt working correctly, he wouldnt return a phone call. I paid in full and got a system that doesnt work. Now I have more problems then I had originally. Buyer beware!!!
