Took me forever to get in touch with customer service since they do not have a phone number and they gave me a such a hard time. EDIT for response to owner: If you only sell New Genuine Subaru Accessories then why did I receive a completely used set off crossbars?

Terrible customer service. It takes a couple days to hear back from them via email. I tired ordering cross bars from them. They did not provide me with a tracking number and shipping took over a week. Then when I got my shipment, they sent me the wrong item, a $50 sun dash shade that I did not want. They told me to send it back to them and they would refund me. I sent the item they shipped to me back with a return label they provided and have yet to receive my refund. I have emailed them 4 days in a row asking for my refund and they have yet to respond to me. Now I am basically out $150 and I did not receive the item I ordered. Will defiently never order from here again.

I finally decided I needed a trunk liner for my Subaru WRX. At Subaru Parts Pro I found exactly what I wanted and it was shipped quickly to my door. It did come in a huge cardboard box, but I figure that was necessary to make sure I was not creased when it got to me.

This place is a scam. Ordered a fog light kit, which came with the wrong parts. I emailed them to get the right part shipped with the order number and car model in the subject to be asked what car it is for. After numerous emails, many of which weren’t responded to, they have still yet to send the correct part. You can’t call this place as it goes straight to voicemail. This has been beyond frustrating.Do NOT recommend buying anything from this place.

TOTAL SCAM. I ordered parts from them, and realized upon reading the install instructions that I had the wrong part. I tried to return for a refund and they are denying any refund due to cosmetic scratches. 1. I had to pay shipping to return the item back. 2. There is ZERO scratches, they just want your money. 3. After denying the refund they wont even return the part back to me...Avoid the headache and order somewhere else. BTW customer service has no phone number. Have fun taking 2-3 weeks via email since their response time is non existent.

My husband ordered roof racks and the wrong item was sent. After we tried calling a bunch of times, and always getting a voicemail, he emailed. He got a response from the email asking for pics and part numbers of what we received. All of that info was sent plus a picture of the order with what we were supposed to get. We were told I have to talk to a manager to see what we can do that was last week and still havent gotten another response even after we emailed again. I keep trying to get someone on the phone with no luck. Maybe if management sees this they will contact us.

I went with an ebay kit first. It came disassembled with a handful of screws and a dinky allen wrench for the wrong car model. So I went to Subaru Parts. Though I wasnt too excited at the thought of paying twice as much for these crossbars, I figured itd be worth it because they were legit. It seemed promising at first. It came with a screw driver instead of an allen wrench, which would make it easier to take on and off the car. It was all assembled except for one end of one of the rails. The screw driver they gave me didnt work for those screws nor do any of the screw drivers in my house. I dont think the screws are even long enough. I thought I got one of them going, but it never actually tightened. I am sincerely disappointed.
