Bought a 2021 Rouge from Zeigler of Gurnee and the car had nothing but problems. Brought the car in for numerous service visits to try and determine what was going on with the car. Each time the car was brought in I was brushed off like I was making things up or that these were not valid concerns. Day after we brought the car home the display screens in the car wouldnt turn on, then the front collision sensor would just shut off for no reason, then we started having acceleration issues, then one day the car wouldnt even start and had to be towed in. Had the car towed in and a break sensor part replaced and was told the car was good to go. Drove the car home and within that 45 minute drive home the ABS lights came on and warnings displayed to put the car in park immediately. Had the car towed back for the final time. Conversations with the Service Advisor assigned to my car and conversations with the Service Director were more than unpleasant and very unprofessional. I was told one thing by the advisor and another by the director. Product knowledgeability is not there and it showed. I was told that my safety concerns with the car are not a problem and that I should basically get over it and that is something hard to do when I am putting my children in this car. When I expressed by frustration on how I was being spoken to because I was a female I was given a snarky comment back of “well I don’t know if you know but it is 2021 and we don’t do that here”. I was also told that since we do have another Nissan that was purchased at another dealership 5 years ago that I should just take my business and problems to them. The attitude and frustration displayed by these individuals in my opinion were not appropriate and situations were not handled in the correct way. After talking with others that I know who have had to deal with this service department I see that my interaction was not uncommon for this location.

Crooked dealership do not buy from! They have fictitious prices advertised online! I called them about a 2016 range rover for sale and informed him I wanted to purchase a vehicle and was paying cash. They informed me the price of the car I saw online was missing a $1500 reconditioning fee and a $2500 “ pro pack.” They also tried telling me the price is going to change since I was paying cash not financing through them. None of this is stated in their advertisement online. The salesman I spoke to was Louie.

We made an appointment to see a specific car, but when we arrived it was still in the showroom. They spent 20 minutes switching us from one saledperson to another (for unknown reasons), and showed no signs of letting us take the test drive, so we had to move on. Very disappointing!

Very DISAPPOINTED with my experience. Vehicle was listed with a $7200 discount online. I called to verify this the was price, to try to have a hassle free experience. Drove over an hour and a half to find out their online inventory is priced aggressively according to a manager when I questioned it. The discount listed was essentially going to be wiped out with the required packages I would have to buy. I decided to take my business elsewhere, glad I did!

Be careful with the pricing here. We were looking to buy a vehicle and they added almost $5000 to the internet price. When they give you a breakdown, look at the numbers before you make the deal.

They charge you more than what is expected, false add. Add said, free tire rotation with every oil change. But they charge you with the tire rotation anyway, service manager is very argumentative with no logic. This dealer will try to get your hard earned money.

We brought our Nissan Juke into the dealership in Gurnee a few days ago to be repaired. The same noise started acting up again but we are far away from home. We spoke to Kurt in the service department I have never heard someone so kind with such care, manners, and professionalism from a human being. In a stressful situation it makes a big difference. Thank you Kurt for being so polite and genuinely caring about our problem. Highly satisfied with Nissan dealership and their workers
