This store had excellent customer service. Jamie was very patient and nice. We had gone to another store and was told we couldnt be helped due to the system being down. We wanted to port our two verizon phones over to at&t. Jamie took very good care of us. I was very pleased with his service.

Been going to this AT&T store for over 25 years! As in any retail store from time to time there are issues Corporate Management has Dealt with it and always tried to do the right thing!!Fast forward to today and they have a Excellent crew working there from Jamie the manager and John the associate! Good personality caring folks

Come to this location ask for Jamie I called in asked a few questions about the ear buds plus he is very knowledgeable and professional he went out of his way to help me find the absolute best price on them and even found them in colors I didnt even know were available. Ill be sure to come to this att location everytime so if you want a great deal and not have someone tell you they cant help you ask for Jamie hell hook you up

Met the new manager there he knows his stuff I highly recommend going here I came in with my husband and kids he let the kids eat their food and even gave them water and switched us to a new plan and upgraded our phones thank you so much Jamie

Worst store didnt have headphones, didnt have airpods, 2 cases for the iphone these guys didnt have anything and the staff had an attitude they should honestly just shut this store down

Worse customer service ever. This store was not helpful at all. Came in to upgrade our phones but were told to come back in 15-20 minutes. When we came back he stated that it would still be a while and if we just wanted to go to another store. He was rude and I felt like he just didn’t want our business. I will never go back to this store or recommend it to anyone.

Terrible! I came to this location to upgrade three phones on my account and one of the salesmen opened up a subscription under my name with direct tv now without telling me. He did this for his own commission. I was there for a total of three hours upgrading phones and not once did he mention he is going to do this. When I see a bill for $70 on my credit card a month later from direct tv, I was so confused. I thought this was fraud. It caused me to close my card and report this to my bank. When I called direct tv they said someone at an ATT store subscribed me monthly for direct tv now streaming service. When I called the store to get clairificatin I kept getting told that I would get a call back because they were busy. 4 hours go by, no call back so I kindly called again. They said they are still busy and will call me in 10 minutes. But I stated what my issue was. After that, the sales rep said that they usually cancel the subscription after they complete it. So that tells me they knew they did but never disclosed it to me. I never received a call. I called 10 minutes before closing time, and no answer. I will have to go down there in person. The sad part is, how malicious and misleading this issue was. It was no mistake, they knowingly signed me up for a service without disclosing to me for their own commission. I will never be coming back to this location. I believe it is important for a consumer to know this information so that it doesn’t happen to anyone else and that is why I am sharing my experience.

Absolutely the worse!!!!Wish i never set foot in this place. They charged me fees without telling me about them. To this day i still have a high bill. Im canceling my 6 lines.Worst customer service everrrr !!!!!
