My experience with Eye Values Optical was not good. The front staff was very helpful and polite but the doctor, he was another story 🙁 I am not sure of his name but he was a short full figured man.I tried explaining the problems I was having with my eyes and he just kept cutting me off. The doctor almost seemed aggravated that I was asking him questions. I will definitely not be returning.

It was such a quick visit- no wait at all. After my exam the doctor was so nice and gave me a pair of contact lenses to wear home since my old ones were not really working for me. The woman up front did all the calculations with my insurance and explained how much I was responsible for and set up for my contacts to be mailed to me. I live about 20-25 minutes away but I’ve been coming here for years and I love it! All around great experience!

Customer service is above and beyond and Dr. Norris is the best around! Highly recommend

This was my first time ever getting my eyes checked. The doctor was really nice and informative.

Great people, I called last minute to get an eye exam and they got me in same day. I went on my break and it took no longer then 20 mins. I got my glasses in 3 business day. The staff was friendly and willing to help. Ill recommend this place to anyone.

I have been going here for a few years. Up to now, a positive experience. I paid in full, over $500 for glasses and when I paid, they said they would take care of submitting the insurance claim. They took all of my information. After not hearing anything for two months, I called and was told that I had to submit the claim myself? Why say you will do something and do the opposite? Poor customer service. Anyone can help you find a pair of glasses. Anyone can take your money. I will not be returning. My daughter went to Pearl. They put all of her paperwork through (same insurance) and she was reimbursed within 6 weeks.

Prices were great. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Doctor Norris took the time to explain the tests and the results to me which was refreshing. They have a great selection of frames. You can book your appointments online and they have good office hours. I was seen promptly upon arrival. Very happy with this office.

I dont understand how Pearl was able to submit to my insurance company, but your office couldnt. Especially after I was told you would. There should be a procedure in place so that the customer knows up front whether or not you are able to complete the insurance submission and they should be given whatever paperwork is necessary to submit on their own. Very helpful staff, and quick quick service. Never waited more than 5 mins for my doctor. Robert Norris is whom Ive seen, and hes very friendly, thorough, and answers any questions you might have. The ladies at the front are very helpful and friendly. Lots of frames to select from and they are very patient when trying to help you find ones, (Im the type of person that needs to make a very informed decision and try on a ton of frames), the women never seem to care, and treat it as a fun fashion show. Definitely recommend!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I walked in about 6 and was out within the hour. I had my eye exam and then they helped me pick out my glasses. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and honest they were about what glasses would look good on me, it made the process very easy and quick. They told me my glasses would be ready in a few days but I was able to pick them up the next day. When I picked them up they made sure they fit me correctly and made a few adjustments. Overall a very good experience.

Great, friendly service. All rates were exactly as expected with my insurance (VSP) - this never happens at other places. Dr. Norris was very nice and took his time with the exams and fittings. Great selection of frames and prices were very reasonable. Look forward to returning here.

I recently got my eyes checked and was amazed at all the high-tech equipment they used to check my eyes. Dr. Bob explained what everything was, including a machine that replaces the eyedrops that leave you blinded in the daylight. My vision improved and Dr. Bob explained why. Top notch all the way.

Ive been coming here for 5 years now. Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful doctor who entertained all my questions..even the dumb ones. I always leave feeling like I have a grasp on my eye care health

The eye doctor was very professional and answered all my questions with no hesitation. As for the woman at the front desk, she was rude and condescending. I was confused about my insurance coverage so the young man at the front desk was helping me, but she came and rudely butted in. Cut the young man off mid sentence about something that didnt apply to our conversation. Minus that one woman I love the place. She honestly make me question if I ever want to go back there. Everyone else is wonderful.

I liked the stores selection of frames, the doctor and the staff. What I did not like was the fact that I was never called to let me know my new glasses had arrived. I had two pair on order, current glasses were broken and held together with glue, after spending $900 I think they could have picked up a phone to let me know they arrived. When I called to check I was told they came in day before. Unacceptable customer service.

The staff is very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I got better advice on frame and lens choices than I received from the major eyeglass plan provider. I wholehardedly recommend EYE VALUES and it staff for your vision needs.

Ive been a customer for about 6 years. Nice staff, easy to work with, very thorough eye exams. My only con is I wish the costs were a bit less given that I have coverage.

Honestly the worst experience ever. Had to wait over a month for my contacts to come in, once they were in the blonde lady In the front accused me of not paying for them. Which I did pay fully for my contacts but did keep my receipt because I paid them over 4 weeks before they arrived . They are so unprofessional to even keep record of customers payment. I had to sit through 20 minutes of them accusing me of never paying ! Would give it 0 stars honestly .

Literally got there 10 min before closing due to my work schedule & I had the door locked in my face and they didn’t answer any of my calls .. there hours say the close at 6 so why couldn’t I just pick up my Prescription at that time ?! Very rude I wouldn’t recommend a soul to this place only put one star to post this review

She called my choice of glasses ugly when I picked them out. Now I come to pick up my ugly glasses and theyre closed over half an hour early. Awesome.

Wish I could put zero stars. Owner is very rude and was highly disrespectful to my sister who is having a high risk pregnancy, which he was made aware of. He did not do the right thing by her after months of her begging them to fix her prescription that was wrong. She was told to leave and take him to small claims court. I called and spoke very kindly to him asking nurse to doctor to please do the right thing, he refused. BEWARE!

Horrible bed side manners. Not worth it.

This place doesnt make the glasses properly then refuses to refund full purchase price. Not a good business practice.
