They Ran Out Of Soft Serve Which Was A Downer BUT The ONLY Employee There Handled It Like A Champ, Was Super Nice & Gave Us Hard Ice Cream For The Famous BYGO Sale...The Store Was VERY Clean...NOT Too Long Of A Wait Either...Overall A Nice Outing For The Family...We Enjoyed Our Delicious Sundaes!!!

One of the most grossest places on earth the floors were disgusting and there were roaches in the corner, if they cant even take care of the store and place where costumers can see imagine how disgusting it is in the back where we cant see!!! ruined the entire feel for me. would not recommend if i could give a -100 of a rating i would. never EVER going back.

I love this place is so clean,everything is fresh.Good stop on thr hot day,they also have ice cream cakes.

Ice cream was good. The 2 young girls working there definetly need to be more friendly and courteous. Maybe even try smiling and saying have a nice day to the customers especially when they are 5 year old children. So very unpleasant that I wanted to go back in and let them know myself but didn’t want to embarrass them. It was a Sunday March 31 between 4-5 pm.

The best ice cream!!

First and last time. New kid working and hardly put any ice cream in the Large cup, didn’t even go above the rim and had to ask twice to add more, so the owners are directing him. I get home, 3 minute ride and my son starts eating his kids cup and ask why is there so little, then 3 minutes later he starts getting upset because it melting and starting to melt into water. I’m eating my ice cream and can tell right off the bat that they mix the ice cream with water. No taste, and my mouth was like an ice cube. Luckily I had multiple toppings to taste. I decided not to bring it back because I won’t go back and I’m writing this review. If they are struggling for money I understand, then sell it instead of poor service. If you want quality Carvel ice cream with plenty of ice cream per serving go to the carvel in dix hills on deer park ave in deer hills shopping center, it’s work the trip. Please take my word. I write these reviews because there needs to be change.

Good vanilla shake and cakes taste very good

I have been monitoring them for some time now. They overcharge you for shakes and carvelanches. They will charge a fee for extra toppings when you only have your original 1 free included topping. They are easily cashing in at least $10,000 per year from illegally adding fees to your bill. Most people never question it because they dont see an itemized receipt. When I confronted the manager he said, Its, OK! and gave me my money back. Some legal action needs to be taken here!

I asked for a job the woman on the phone was very rude after I told her I was 15 turning 16 in August and said I was too young to scoop ice cream

RIP OFF!!!!! They still charge you for two ice creams Sundays even though they are two for one. The always come back with ohhh so sorry i make mistake and play the no English card. They had all their pre-made ice cream melt a few months ago and sold it anyway. I will never set foot in this store again!! The health dept. should shut them down!

They where vary nice people the ice cream is very fresh .

A little slow / understaffed but great service and of course Carvel is good ice cream as always.

Every time we go there is only one person ever working there. We have no real complaints other than the service is painfully slow.

Rude... Over priced... Soldier came in and asked to hang up a paper and he said he didnt speak English and then threw it in the garbage when she left! Dont support this store!
