They are a local mom and pop shop so I cant imagine how busy they are. Dont be discouraged if the wait times are long. Michael is extremely helpful and will bend over backwards to make sure your windows and doors are to satisfaction. They specialize in European style doors and windows and no one in the area can do better. Trust me, Ive searched.

Had to wait 6 months for screens, they measured 3 times and constantly getting them wrong!! iam very patient and i like the product but if you get the wrong size they will never give you the right product. i referred 3 other clients and they are extremely upset with them. Never answer their phones and respond to there customers. i will never go back to this company there are other companies out there with same product and they respond to their customers!!! you have been warned.

I had very unpleasant situation with them I would not recommend them to anyone They lie and cheat most of the time nothing is on time.

My wife and I bought a house because we just had a baby and we wanted to move out of the city. There were a few items I wanted fixed before we move in and the doors were driving my wife and I insane. They weren’t horrible, but we felt they were too light, fragile and we had a hard time operating the hardware. We also wanted to make sure the house is safe for the baby. Hiring Dom made it a breeze and very painless because they knew what we needed (ended up installing these Mohegan beauties). We didn’t even have to babysit them or have to follow up, which was great, since we already had a baby to worry about.

I was referred to this company by a friend while I was working at a high end renovation project in Manhattan. As a general contractor I am constantly working with many suppliers, manufacturers, sub-contractors, etc., but these guys are one of the best in the trade. The customer service is amazing, the materials were exactly what I was looking for and they can accommodate any schedule. Looking forward to working with them again.

Just want to say I was really skeptical about European windows the windows maintain the heat in the house, I’ve dealt with materials from Home Depot and Lowe’s, which have fair prices but the quality on this one it’s amazing and the price beats both Lowe’s and Home Depot combine, The service and the fast installation was not like any other I really recommend this place like I said never done European windows looks amazing on my house neighbors are asking about it
