This one guy wanted to charge me 1 dollar to print a label b.c it seems like he was annoyed he had to download a file, which they have done more then 10 times, they always charged me 5 cents but this time it seems like he is getting too old and grumpy to know how to work a computer properly just retire you will go out of business quick with that little attitude

Stay away from the store the ink does not work I’ve tried it before when I questioned the owner of the store in Lindenhurst About why the same product is online at half the price he had no answer he became rude and nasty it’s amazing he is still in business.

Bought a cartridge for my epson, got it home put it in and it does not work. Back to the store tomorrow for my money back. Hopefully that will be pain free....Ill update tomorrow.
