Picked up a quite few wigs here.. Well I went recently to replace one Id worn out beyond repair.. I was super excited to see a sign on its display that said sale.. Originally I bout it for 20..buy this one said 10 so I was beyond stoked.. Was using money saved from the sale price to purchase another pony tail extension and some lashes.. Well cashier and manager at register peeled the sticker off and said thats not right price.. Someone must of did this all whole giving be horrible looks basically insinuating I did it! I proceeded to say thats what its marked and theres a second just like it back there.. I work retail so I know if I mess up ticketing then customer gets the price tag its listed as.. I dont accuse my customers of tag switches... Especially a frequent customer/shopper like myself.. Horrible customer service and quite frankly NEVER RETURNING TO THEM AGAIN! Id give zero if it was a option...

Theyre very polite helpful and professional and they have a Hugh variety of supplies, and their store isnt cluttered.. Like majority of beauty supply stores.

I love the setup of this store. They have a wide variety of wigs, hair and beauty accessories. Everything is very organized and easy to find. However its poorly run. The staff is not very helpful and when you do get their attention to assist you they keep you waiting while they continue to chit chat or shop for themselves. One of the girls were trying on wigs and left me waiting while she fixed her hair. The other young lady had to finish a conversation about meeting up after work to go out before she could be bothered to assist me. On 2 separate occassions Ive gone here wanting to make a purchase but due to the unprofessional behavior have left and gone elsewhere. Probably wont go back a third time.

Horrible customer service!!! I overheard an employee make an insult about me. When I told the cashier so I could report it to the manager they questioned if I were lying. Once I spoke to the manager all she said was sorry.They won’t get any more service from me!!!

The selection of hair products is sort of alright, but some of the employees assist somewhat, but afew of them have such dirty attitudes. The short Chinese female that works at this store in Lindenwold is very ignorant and has a poor attitude and very argumentive.this store doesnt deserve stars at all.she had made a gesture about if a customer is so worried about germs where a different face covering. She didnt want to sanitize .
