This rating is for the dealership itself and not the Genesis vehicle. We purchased a Genesis G90 from this dealership and have been very pleased with the vehicle and the process we went through to get the vehicle.However, after getting the vehicle registered with the Genesis app it stated the vehicle was due for a service. After calling the dealership, I was told the vehicle was serviced at the dealership prior to my purchasing it. I have asked for details about the service (what services were performed) for the last 2.5 weeks so I can determine if it needs to be taken in and receive a full service on the vehicle or not, with no responses except well look into that for you then nothing... Extremely poor service, especially for a luxury vehicle dealership.

I bought from out of state and the transaction was flawless. They answered every question I had and kept me up to date on the car as it made its way to the dealership. Very easy and straightforward buying experience.

I have to say that owning a Genesis has been the best car experience Ive ever had. Oh and they completely detail your car complementary to your service appointment! AMAZING!

Genesis of Lindon is the kind of dealership you expect when purchasing a luxury vehicle. The sales staff was very helpful, informative and kept me abreast of the status of my new vehicle every step of the way.

We were very fortunate to work with Jake for the purchase of our first Genesis, and it was all such a pleasant experience! He was very knowledgeable and friendly without infringing or placing any pressure. It was such a nice change from most car dealerships. And as for the GV80...good grief. Please buy one.

Dealership said they would handle all the necessary paperwork to register our new vehicle at California DMV and even collected the money to pay the sales tax to California. However, after car was delivered from Utah to our home in California a few days later we received a package in the mail containing all the DMV required documents and a refund check of the sales tax and now requiring us to visit the DMV and register the new vehicle. No reason given why the change and no response to text or call to explain why I am now required to register the car. If you ever had to do any lengthy business at your local California DMV you know why this is a major inconvenience, especially after the dealership promised they would provide this service. Then to compound the problem by not responding to inquiries asking to explain. Called Genesis customer care service and they said they cant intervene. What good are they?

My wife and I had a tire issue on our Genesis G90 in the area on our way across the country. We showed up the following morning at this dealership and our service advisor Preston treated us as if we were long time customers and had us back on the road in less than two hours. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership other than if I lived in the area there is no question Id take my business here.
