Audrey and Ned are amazing! They helped us pick out an option that was in our budget as well as other options that would even save us a few dollars. When Audrey came to the house she helped us decide on things that we didn’t even have an answer to. Their eye for what will look best or even help with the budget was perfect. They were always on time and communicative when we had questions or concerns.

The Knapphauses are great people. We did a complete kitchen remodel on our 1998 kitchen and they were a vital part of the process. The customer service was great. We had an issue where our slab was cut and had blemishes and there were no other slabs to replace it. Audrey took care of us and found us a solution that we could be happy with. We also purchased a sink from them which looks fantastic and feels about as deep as a bathtub. The countertops are beautiful and look far more expensive than they actually cost.

Asked all the right questions so that we got the best look for the best price and the best product. Audrey is simply amazing. Sales person actually came to see how everything turned out. Truly care about the final results. Could not have been a better experience. We did a small home project and were made to feel like we had a huge million dollar product. 😊♥️

Im starting to think I need to expand my vocabulary, because its hard to find words good enough to describe how amazing my experience was. The whole process was incredibly easy, smooth, and stress-free from start to finish. The hardest part was picking out which granite I liked best! Audrey is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, patient, welcoming, and on the ball, not only guaranteeing that my laundry room countertop turned out absolutely gorgeous, but in making sure my experience was fantastic. Even the installation went well. The crew is HIGHLY skilled and very respectful and it definitely shows, both in the installation process and in their fabrication work of the countertop.
