This store is fantastic if you want the thrill of never knowing when it will be open or closed. It is so exciting to show up and think that they are open but then find out (via a hand written sign), that they actually won’t open until 12:00pm. Also, this is a fun place for those of you that thrive in messes. You will enjoy the scavenger hunt theme throughout the store when looking for an item. Hooray for Dollar Tree!

I come here when my kids want a treat to buy for a dollar or two. They have great greeting cards, gift bags, and cleaning supplies for the home. I also come here for do-it-yourself gift baskets which are always a hit. They have holiday tins to put home made treats in, and it’s a good spot to get treats for class when your kids have to pass out candy for valentines, or christmas, or even celebrating a birthday in class. They also have some healthy treats like variety of nuts or freeze dried fruits (which probably was just seasonal). They do also have a handful of choices for plastic baskets which can be used for home or for a gift basket. My kids do look forward to coming here as they know every piece of item they find is a dollar! The only thing I don’t enjoy when we come here, is you find boxes and boxes that need to be opened and unloaded, filled with items or food that need to be restocked on the shelves. Seems like they are either always short staffed, and they leave these stacked boxes in the aisles, which can be a fire hazard, or dangerous if it falls on people, let alone a kid! It’s a disaster waiting to happen! They need to just pull one box at a time and unload that box when they have the time, not boxes on top of boxes in aisles and it just sits there throughout the day when shoppers are in the store during business hours. They need to be doing this before the store opens or after it closes. Yes, it’s the dollar store, not much expectation for to tidiness, but still - make it a location that shoppers can actually enjoy shopping in.

This store is one of the worst dollar trees Ive ever been to. Boxes everywhere, shelves not stocked, it was a huge mess. So disappointing. I couldnt find anything I went there for that are commonly stocked items in other dollar trees. I hope they get it together.

I just have to commend the staff at this location they have had a lot of turn-over, short staffed, shortened hours, they did get a new manager recently & it looks like things are improving. Isles are a little bare & a bit messy, I’m sure customers contribute to the disorganization it will be nice to see what they can do when they have more staff to get on top of it & time will tell.

Terribly short handed. Lots of product in the isles but not put on the shelves. Moral seemed low. The cashier wasnt friendly at all. Stupid COVID has made people not want to work. Sad times....😕😓

I bought three hula hoops from Dollar Tree in Lindon today. When I got home, my daughter and I tried to hula hoop. They were so light, they wouldnt hula. So, I took them back to the store with my receipt from earlier the same day. The manager told me he would not return them because one was missing a tag (I bought it that way). They had a stack of 100 sitting there and I had my receipt but he told me he would not return any of the hoops. I mentioned that I would not argue with him for $3 and he could keep the hoops. I wish I would have asked him to try one out. At least I could have gotten some entertainment for my $3 instead of being treated like a criminal at the Dollar Store. Lame -10 Stars

I had a wonderful experience at Dollar tree this time because the lady was so kind enough to let me have all of the extra cardboard cuz I need to store fabric and thats a good way to do it she let me take an entire box of all the cardboard they had broken down. Most places tell you know and so I just appreciated her kindness and she was nice also when I bought my items and checked out she was very courteous and kind I think thats my favorite Dollar tree so far.

Just left this place, very crowded and boxes of product left everywhere. And they don’t even have the “tree” part of their sign working. PSH

There was trash on the floor in every isle. Trash all over outside. Shelves not stocked with unopened boxes of new stock stacked in isles. Sooo much trash on the floors!

I was able to find most of everything I needed. I really like Dollar Tree and appreciate the variety of items I can find there for such a great price. I wish that this store in particular was cleaner, though. The floor is always dirty and in need of a good vacuum and the area outside the store has a lot of litter around it.

This is one of the messiest dollar trees in all of Utah County. It seems like every time I come here, there are piles of boxes around. It seems they never stock at night, just during the middle of the day. It is impossible to get your cart down any of the aisles, there is so much junk laying around. It has the same inventory as other dollar stores, however this one is an absolute disaster.

The store is very well stocked but it’s a mess and over crowded. Boxes stacked in aisle. The low rating is in regard to the store manager. I’m unsure what his job and responsibilities are but the manager I talked to was unhelpful and unkind. His ability willingness to talk to customers and resolve problems was very poor. Upon calling other stores to help me with this I had a much better experience. I’d rather drive farther to a different store than go to this location.

Not only was the place an absolute wreck, filthy floor, carts everywhere, the employees were so rude. I’ll never go back to this location.

There were boxes everywhere so you couldnt even walk all the way through aisles. Employees there were very unprofessional. Made jokes over the intercom and was goofing around with 3 people just standing there at the checkout waiting for them.

Very pleasant staff on the phone and in person every time I’ve been in. When answering the phone, they weren’t sure if they had the item I was asking for, and not wanting to trouble them if they were too busy I said it’s OK I’ll just check the next time I come in, but they were more than happy to go check for me. Usually I’m met with a smile at the register, and they’re genuinely interested in how I’m doing. Long waits in line are rare, as they usually call to have another register opened if the line gets very long.

I simply live this store. Many of the products they have are the exact same as the products I buy in other stores except, theirs is a buck👍

Nice store, most of the time the employees are helpful. There are always boxes everywhere from unpacking. Its really no big deal, it can be hard to move a cart around sometimes.

So many good deals. Love the dollar tree and all of the options. There are so many things here that are the same quality but several dollars cheaper than buying at bigger stores.The staff at the Lindon and Orem locations are always really friendly and helpful. Had a great experience with the cashier Jason. Had wonderful customer service skills, was super friendly and cordial the whole time we were checking out. The line was quite long and we waited a few minutes but he helped us in a timely matter without feeling rushed.

The Lindon location is generally relatively clean and well stocked

Worst location dont go here unless you have time to spend 20 to 30 minutes in line with only about 2 to 3 people in front of you because there is a particular cashier. Ive been there on 3 different occasions and every single occasion she has a direct conversation with every person that shes checking out and she takes about 5 minutes per conversation. You can tell how awkward the customers feel trying to get away not really answering her questions. I pretty much know this the womans entire life because of how many stories Ive heard from her. Not leaving her name but Im sure if you have ever been to this location you know exactly who Im talking about.

The one cashier, Becky is the best! Works super hard, helpful, happy and remembers my name!The place is a mess tho. They have a good variety of merchandise if you can find it behind the inventory boxes all over the store that need to be put away. I dont like having to call a cashier either. Someone should always be at the registers.

The employee seemed kind of down until I complimented her glasses and then she seemed to brighten a lot. Kindness goes a long way from customers as well. They were low in stock on some things, but they were changing seasons, so understandable.

Huge collection of cheap, sometimes brand name stuff. Sometimes I bug my wife by asking, How much is this? How much is this?

Perfect place to buy affordable single-use items.

The quality of the dollar items is great, but there are always multiple empty shelves. It is a smaller store compared to other Dollar Trees around, but its conveniently located near Walmart so we go a lot. We stock up on health & beauty supplies, toys, and seasonal items.

This place is great for party decorations and things like that. For the most part you get what you pay for, but its surprising to come here and see what you can get for a dollar. I purchased a beautiful set of water glasses here that I love and youd never know I bought them here.

This is someplace I have to go back...I cant believe any store would allow themselves to be so disorganised, scattered, supplies sitting around in boxes, etc. I should have looked for a help wanted sign to refer some kids I know that could work there. The only reason I give it a two is because the slight help they had was very positive and upbeat and quick to assist. Ill go back several more times just to check in and see...minimal parking, cluttered store on nearly complete disarray...

Excelent Grocery ILove Dollar Tree

I keep choosing this dollar store for its proximity to my route home but every time I have visited, I have found that the shelves are nearly empty and the aisles are crammed with boxes of items that have yet to be stocked. Customers rummage through the boxes themselves to find what they want and then items are strewn on the floor. The staff has always been polite and friendly but there is usually only a single person working so they have to keep running back and forth between stocking shelves and checking out customers.

Very unhappy with this location, a woman had 50+ items and they only had one register open, with many employees walking around the place and a huge line, they dont care for their customers at all, I dont recommend coming to this one

This store has really gone down hill. I like the things they offer, but the last few times Ive gone in there have been boxes looking all the aisles and its hard to get to stuff on the shelves that are actually restocked. It looks like they are short on staff or something. Plus, its a mess besides the boxes. Could be partly because parents dont watch or cleanup after their children but with it already a mess, there isnt a big standard set.

I frequent this location often as it is on my way to work. The staff members a all very happy and friendly with the exception of 1 or 2.Ive been visiting this location for quite some time and the in-stock percentage has recently gone down and now every time visit the shelves are quite bare. Alternatively there is always unstocked product blocking the walk ways and there are backroom trolleys everywhere as well.

I wish it was a bit more organized but it is always nice to find things for $1.00

I love the Dollar Tree but this location is HORRIBLE. There were boxes and trash everywhere. There was also product scattered on the floor.

Its a good store, but it is way too busy to be small like it is. One week before Valentines Day is way too late to get vday decor.. around here its already gone!

The staff tries their very best to keep things stocked. Things are usually kept out of the way when they have boxes out. But its kind of hard to keep a store clean when you have people coming into the store and wrecking and vandalising the place because they think its funny, then they question why they get kicked out and say its because the store is being racist or descriminating. Which is not true.

I stay right around the corner for the most part the staff is real nice. Store always has stuff that has to be put away. And is in the way of product.

I LOVE dollar tree and all the things I can get there for a dollar, so it was hard for me to only give this one 2 stars.. it was so dirty! Not sure if its ever vacuumed. They also seemed to be out of a lot and didnt have the best selection. There were open packages and things randomly placed.. etc. Maybe I just went on a bad day?

Whenever Ive gone in there it is always seems to need a vacuum... Its a good place to get items I need for projects and stuff or holidays, but I wish it looked nicer.

This Dollar tree, is on my way, but Ive decided I will now go out of my way to find a better store. I am a Dollar Tree fan, however, this store is far below my expectations. Shelves are empty ALL the time, store is disorganized, boxes stacked everywhere(hazard), I can never find anything here!!!

I came in dollar tree after going to Walmart so they asked me to leave my stuff at the front cashier, after shopping I asked for my walmart stuff back but they had accidentally let them go with another customer. They had lost my Walmart purchased items.

I love Dollar Tree! Great reward for our boys to earn at a great price.

This store was gross dirty and cluttered and there was not much variety. I love hitting the dollar tree and am usually able to find great items but every time i have visited this location it has been disappointing and dirty.

This store is trashy. I cant even stand to walk in. It makes me feel dirty. There are boxes everywhere. Nothing is stocked. You have to look in the boxes yourself just to find something. It looks so ghetto and dirty. I would give a negative star if I could.

Went today with some friends to get drinks. Super unorganized with stuff all over the place. We were accused by a woman of vandalizing because one of my friends was black and in a hoodie. We were then told to leave the store. Not by any means impressed by the racism shown and we wish that we didnt go.

Its dollar store quality so you do not expect a lot. But its usually not very clean but it is a dollar store and you get stuff cheap.
