Ive worn Prodigy gear for years and sadly I wish more world knew about this brand. The material is bar-none when it comes to softness and fit. I have purchased apparel from high-end organizations at 10 times the cost and frankly, it feels about the same. The customer service is amazing and they always take care of their customers. I will continue shopping here for a long time; waiting for my newborn to get a little bigger so i can spoil him with some Prodigy kid gear!

In a word: Horrible. They screwed up half of our entire order and have yet to apologize. I was upset and the CEO of the company hung up on me. Now they refuse to refund me money unless I promise not to sue. Super shady, horrible customer service, and awful product quality. There are so many better shops to use than these guys. Awful awful. They are quick to respond and do good job. Not the cheapest out there but they do a great job.

They do a fairly good job but hardly take responsibility if they make mistakes. We hired Prodigy for a job to print shirts for the students at the University of Utah, they made us pay in advance and then they messed up our order pretty bad. No effort was taken to refund any money or re-print our oder. I was pretty disappointed. I wont be going back to them next year.

Prodigy Promos printed shirts for my company and 20 out of the 290 were defective. It has taken months for this to be resolved and it still isnt because I cant get anyone to respond to my communications. It was a positive experience with them up to that point, but since then (after they charged me) it has been a horrible. Be wary doing business with them
