We walked up to the pharmacy at 7:02 PM and were informed it had closed at 7 PM. My wife needed an antibiotic and we were leaving town for three weeks. The staff got us our antibiotic despite it being after hours. We were very grateful! Great service!
Each member of the staff, are amazing, helpful and extremely efficent!! I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes.
Called in last night, came in first thing in the morning, was told to wait 20 minutes and ended up waiting 40. Just go to taylor drug up the street 10 times faster service better more attentive staff.
I attempted to talk to a fishing/sporting good associate after 7:00 pm. I was transferred 5 different times and still never talked to anyone, terrible customer service what joke.
This very busy pharmacy works as fast as possible to fill prescriptions. They stay calm and even cheerful under the pressures of high volume and sometimes inpatient customers.
Im sitting at the photo department, the ticket I have says I can pick up my pictures at 1:14 PM today it is now 1:45 PM and I cant get any one back here to get me my pictures.

I have had great customer service at this pharmacy. Greeted with a friendly smile and speedy service. Some of the Techs are always rushing to help the customers even though they are very busy. Thank you Tech Nancy for always being so kind, friendly, helpful, and speedy.
Had to chime in on this one. Please remember that on a forum like this most of the reviews will be nagative because all the happy customers (like me) never think to write a review. We’ve used this pharmacy for years and have have always received great service. Thanks for always being willing to answer questions and help with billing/insurance issues.
I got great service, and use them all of the time. pre ordering saves a lot of time. the technicians have suggested ways to save money. I have also used the automated service to call in refills with the Rx number this works well. I LOVE the text message to let me know when my prescription is ready
Seriously a terrible pharmacy but it’s the only Walmart near me and prescriptions are cheaper. I get put on hold every. Single. Time. I call even if it’s a simple question. It’s always by the main pharmacist. The pharmacy techs are usually on the ball and helpful but the main pharmacist is always pawning my phone calls off to the techs like he is WAY too busy. I could be wrong but isn’t that his job to help customers too?
My daughter is 7 months pregnant and has gestational diabetes. She took in a prescription for a blood sugar tester and was told it would be in Thursday. When she arrived to get it, she was told that it had never been ordered. The employees treated her like it was no big deal and it might be in Friday. This issue is NOTHING to fool with and is detrimental to both my daughters and her babys health. I called and requested a call from the Pharmacy Manager and have yet to receive one- I am not surprised. I hope that these people will get her taken care of so that she can check her blood sugar and take care of herself and her baby.UPDATE: Received a call this afternoon from Brenda and she not only checked to make sure the meter had arrived, she apologized profusely for how my daughter was treated and assured me that she would be taken care of today.THANK YOU BRENDA!
Called in my prescriptions around 1pm and call the pharmacy to make sure they are done at 3pm. Guy answers and asks to put me on hold for a second, and I agree. 20 minutes later I hung up and tried calling again, and get hung up on. Third time calling, I immediately requested to speak to a manager. Finally I get answers, that my prescriptions wont be ready until 6:30pm. Wait until then, and send my fiance in while I waited in the car with our dog. 20 minutes later my fiance comes running out and tells me what the pharmacy tech named Ree told her. She told her in order to pick up my meds, I needed to be there, in person, with my I.D. They have never had an issue with her picking up my meds until now. I walked in furious, and the tech tells me I didnt say you needed to be here. And proceeded to lie straight to my face to cover her mistake. I will NEVER go back to this pharmacy, and I have been a customer since 2013.
Not only do they have long wait times and order times but they are extremely rude. I called them & they don’t even let me speak, I felt like I was rushed when I was trying to ask a question. Work on your customer service because clearly that is not your strongest area of expertise.
I agree that the customer service isnt always the best there! Although, if you want a great customer experience at this location, ask for David!!! David, is an experienced Pharamacy Technician who has worked at the Lindon Walmart for a few years. He takes the time to listen you and explain any questions that you might have. He works hard to communicate with Pharamacists, Doctors offices, and insurance companies alike, to ensure that customers medications get filled. Just remember to ask for David! Hopefully youll find this review very helpful, seeing as I dont write many.
Very bad costumer service. Ive been going there for years getting the same medications. I always dread going to this pharmacy because I am always treated like Im an idiot, I dont know what Im talking about, and all my sentences are cut-off before I even finish talking. 90% of this comes from the techs. The pharmacists are usually fine.
They have been EXTREMELY helpful filling prescriptions for my visiting mother... contacting the insurance company, vacation holds, etc.
They are good to go to, and alot of times cheaper. The only advice I would say is call ahead so you dont have to wait.
Pretty much what you would expect for a WalMart pharmacy.
Subpar customer service; prescriptions are never ready for pick up even if called ahead of time. Been told that orders sometimes haven’t even been received or started, staff is usually irritated and ill mannered.
Extremely poor service all around every time.

Very slow. Automatic text updates dont work to tell you when prescription is done and the staff are uncaring and apathetic.
The pharmacy was closed again during mid-day. Some of the employees in the pharmacy have far less than desirable customer interface. Have moved our business elsewhere.
