Had an issue with an old Airens snow blower. Could not find any repair manuals for this 30 year old but great blower. Went to Linden Power Equipment at a friends suggestion. Jerid in the service center figured out what was needed and now my old machine is up and alive. Thanks for the great help Jerid. It was much appreciated.

Brought my edger in at the beginning of March for my lawn mowing business. I brought it in early so that it would be done. A month later I came in, after they wouldnt answer any calls. It wasnt fone, and they said it would be done soon and they would call back. This happened for about a month. After a 2 1/2 months, we finally got it back, and it was still broken. Very unhappy with the service. We managed to fix what they, the trained professionals couldnt fix in 2.5 months in 2.5 hours, and we are completely untrained. Would highly advise to go elsewhere.

Helpful, friendly, not necessarily fast (it is currently covid season so I really dont blame them on the speed), but they will make sure its done right and you get what you need.

Ive known this shop and personnel for many years. Ive gotten to know them. The owners also work hard at the shop to provide great service and prices. I read the comment by these negative posters and cant agree. Its a family owned shop who take pride in their work.I care for 13 acres of land (gardens and trees) in North Provo requiring equipment of all types much of which needs service. Im very happy with Western Saws quality of work, prices and advice. I like to refer my friends to their shop who are also having positive experiences and appreciate the service.I purchased a new Vermont Castings wood stove from them 3 years ago and theyve done an excellent job supporting and answering my questions. I needed some quick servicing on 3 chain saws as I had taken down a huge willow in my yard and needed someone to sharpen my chainsaw and service one that wasnt working well. Ive had Western Saw repair my chain saws and sharpen chains several times. I have always had excellent service at fair prices. They were highly recommended to me and Ive never been disappointed.

Really knows his stuff; very helpful and friendly.

We dropped off our ridding lawn mower 18 days ago, and have yet to have an accurate report as to the status. They keep telling us it will be done within the week. That was almost three weeks ago. Although the owners are nice, I would not trust them to work on my equipment again.

Positive overall experience, they know their stuff.

Im sick of being the nice guy. POOR SERVICE! not fair. Dropped off weed eater & scooter for tune ups 1 month ago, I was told it would be 2 weeks... they were a little behind. No Phone calls or followup from them. Horrible customer service. I like and will also choose the Local businesses first. But not this one anymore.

Outstanding shop! Mechanic was Knowledgeable and helpful. Fixed a problem with chainsaw in about 90 seconds and refused to charge me. I will surely go back with any future problems .

They are busy, but they tell you up front how long it will take. We had a couple of communication snafus during the course of the repair, but they solved the problem, fixed the machine, and charged a fair price. I will be back.

4 Months of them trying to fix my weed eater / trimmer with them returning it once to me saying it works when it really didnt. No returned phone calls, multiple times I was put on hold with no one returning to the phone. I still dont have the trimmer, and paid for a new carburetor.My advice is to stay away at all costs. Terrible management, terrible service, and inadequate repair.

Way to slow to work on my saw I just took in. Brought a troybilt tiller in last year an it took them nine months to fix the wheel seals and they forgot to fix the tine seals. Came in several times to check on progress and they had no idea at one point where the parts were they had ordered several months back. My weed eater was worse. I waited all spring and they fixed someone else’s carb with the repair kit meant for my weed eater. I got my weed eater back at the end of summer. Slow but sure if you want to wait nine months.

Jared at Linden Outdoor Power Equipment did a great job helping me order a hasqrvana lawn mower attachment. He ordered it in quick for us in just 2 days (lawn aeroration can be time sensitive) and wanted us to get it in time before it got too hot to aerate. He even went the extra mile to assemble it for us AND offered to come in extra early so we could pick it up at a time that worked for us. This place goes the extra mile for its customers. So impressed. We have over $1000 more in equipment to buy for our lawn mower (we have 1 acre of lawn so we have lots to upkeep) and we will be ordering it all thru Jared.
