I just purchased a new phone and it was painless.The monthly plans are very reasonable and the people were so friendly. They helped me switch my service and upgrade phones so easily.I appreciate all of the help and kind customer service.I definitely recommend and will go back!

This is a fake. It shows the picture of the other store but the number of crooked cricket. Cricket off the 65 is so bad. They steal your money charging extra for everything. They lie and say there is no 4 for 100 plan just so you can get on 4 for 130. They will never have my business ever again. The other cricket on Honolulu is so much better. Makes you feel comfortable and best customer service.

Worst customer service you can ever get. They will slap on insurance and other items to your plan without even asking you. They ask for your pin something they shouldn’t do. I would never recommend this store to anyone

Lindsay cricket on Honolulu has the best customer service! I will always come here not the other.

They have always over charged at this location. One time I paid $74 for my $55 plan since they added god knows what additional charges. Even with the $5 late fee (for less than 24 hrs late) and their $3 convenience fee. How was it $74??? Smh

Prefer the Cricket at 234 E Honolulu St. If you havent been there go! Much better service and you will never want to come back to this one.

This place has terrible service. They charge me to fix my phone and never fix it. I was told later I shouldnt have been charge. Never recommend this place place in Lindsay.

Very bad service to activate a phone they wanted 30 dollars the first day and then i went again and they wanted then 82 dollars the rip off and they almost even wanted to charge me for breathing there air its trash i recomend others

HORRIBLE service! They wanted to charge me $15 plus another $40 to buy another sim card cuz I lost my phone. Its $10 for a sim card. I called cricket and they completely ignored me and wanted to rip me off. The owner told me to leave cuz he wanted to charge me $55 to buy a sim card and theyre only $10.
