Corporate seriously needs to step in and help this place because no one is trained properly they have 10 people in line outside and no one inside and it still takes 30 minutes for a coffee

Went to get a drink for the drive home, The customer service from Isaiah was great! Usually other employees rush you to get out of life, but I didn’t feel that way this time. He Let me know about the raffle that was happening and entered. Thanks sooo much for the good vibes & excellent service for my busy stressful day of work! ✨

Im biased when it comes to Starbucks, that being said I feel its over rated, and I expect more when it comes getting a cup of coffee. Granted, its what most people like, but to me, it taste burnt, over priced, and takes a very long time for a basic cup of coffee. I just expect more/better from a large chain of coffee houses.

Its a hit or miss on drinks every time Ive been there. Ive got some that werent filled all the way. Drive-thru has been much faster for me (usually a little before 7 AM). Ive ordered inside and waited up to 15 minutes even when I just ordered iced water. Their staff is pretty friendly though.

The baristas there are very polite and take orders very accurately. I spoke a little fast, but that was on me. They kept up and got my order exactly how I wanted it. When I am in the area I will for sure be going to the Starbucks again. Better than any other Starbucks that I have been to in all my years! The line was long, but moved very quickly. My trenta black iced tea with no water and two stevias and extra shaken. Was made perfectly. Thank you baristas and amazing store manager you guys rock!

For some reason post a review on the Star Bucks on Henderson in Porterville...wish I would have stopped in Lisdney like I usually do but had to go to tractor supply so thought Id try this one should have looked at the reviews first the bad ones are so right this place is not only SLOW but dont put your order where it goes to you nope put mine in the pick up and they saw me waiting and waiting and then the gal looks at it takes it from the pic k up carrier area and sets it on the counter 😡so the 5 stars for Lindsey SB and if I could the Porterville would be a no star

I have Starbucks almost everyday for my trip to work. The staff are kind and the orders are always right. Never any issues with Starbucks. Good service.

Order the blended drink and the manager took more time to argue the fact that he doesnt want to blend it. Of all the Starbucks Ive been to from Washington down to Los Angeles Ive never had a problem with the manager and tell you come to the one in Lindsay California. unprofessional very unprofessional hes in the wrong job market.

Great coffee but the price could use some minor adjustments

Stopped by at this Starbucks while i was passing by. Wanted to have a iced tea with lemonade but they were out of lemonade. So ordered for a iced mango dragon fruit drink. It was fine. The tables were not clean. If you check the photos most of the tables were dirty. Need to mention that we stepped in around 8 pm on a Sunday evening. The staff was ok although it seemed like she was lacking knowledge about a couple of drinks i asked for.

Good service and all the young guys and girls speak Spanish too I really like this place.

Quickest and friendliest drive thru!

I’ve travel all over Califonia and this my first Starbucks experience of waiting for ever to order a drink thru the drive thru, and always it happens here when I pass by.Need to learn to execute orders faster.

Their coffee making skill is mediocre, end product is subpar. The best store that makes very good coffee consistently is located at Bardsley and Mooney. They had never failed me.

Friendly and quick. The staff thiere never slacks on customer service and the orders are pushed out on the double. Big👍

May always be packed but you have to understand that this is the only Starbucks in Lindsay and most other towns have multiple so its understandable that you may have a long line or wait to receive drink but the staff is friendly and move as fast as they are able too

They always take a long time here at Lindsay Starbucks. During happy hour you better buckle up because the waiting period is 1 hr. My favorite drink is the Very Berry Hibiscus refresher and they ran out of berries.

Momma Becky is a staple to this place. She is a warm and welcome smile when you walk into this cafe. Lindsay is a small community. She knows her morning regulars. If you are new, she will make sure you feel welcome just the same.

Ive been coming here for the last 12 years during the holiday season, pretty much every Nov/Dec and your employee, Mama, is always here to greet me with a smile. Well Ive been to several Starbucks and I have to say that this location is not the cleanest and theyre very SLOW! . The workers are nice and friendly, and they took my name, but I had to keep looking to see why my order took so long... They didnt call my name. I had to ask is this mine? But my order was correct and it was definitely good

Well, this place is my absolute favorite to go to, because you always know exactly what youre going to get when you order. I like all of the new food items that I have tried here. They all seem to be fresh as can be, especially since we are out in the boonies! There is always plenty of parking available and the drive-thru is very nice to use when in a hurry. The place is kept spotless every time Ive been in there I have been impressed. And the employees generally know what theyre doing and how to satisfy their guests! I will continue going to Starbucks here in Lindsay California. Dont meet me there, beat me there!!

I visit this establishment daily but not always to get coffee but to use their public WiFi. Most places would consider it loitering but, the employees that work there are always very friendly towards my husband and I normally have they ran us off. When we do order a rare occasion (no extra $$ in our house) they show the same courteous and friendly attitude as always, and of course the coffee is perfect every time.❤

I had to ask for cinnamon and half-and-half. And when they gave me, they actually poured a bit into a cup, so I had not how much I needed, but just the amount I was offered. There were not enough staff to serve customers in the store, most were serving drive through.

Ordered at the counter and never even got my drink after waiting so long . I was the only customer besides the drive through and had to get a refund. The employees need to be trained better. Especially the older lady that put in my order, when they asked her what I ordered, all she cared about was getting off work and clocking out. Very bad customer service. Nobody has time for that

I only gave 3 stars because it has occured more than several times when I order a drink and its completely wrong.... even when I order from the app without any customizations its wrong. There have been a few times when I ordered a non-caffeine drink and they make some other coffee drink.

I got a sugar free mocha and thankfully didnt leave the parkjng lot before I took a drink. They didnt put any syrup in my drink. I went back in and it took 10 minutes for them to remake the drink and there was no apology!! I will never return!!

Got here at 8:45, almost 9 and still havent ordered yet. So slow. 🤷

Best coffee

Sandwich selection slim. Ordered everything bagel, out of cream cheese. So said Ill just take it to go. Got home it was a plain bagel. Asked a couple questions about the sandwiches and answers were I dont know. Ive been in this Starbucks and few times but not for a few months. Use drive thru more. The over all appearance was messy. The least professional Starbucks experience I have ever had in any Starbucks.

This place is awesome been here through drive through and inside its always clean (at least to the ones Ive been to) the baristas are super helpful and nice, and best of all best coffee ever. The one thing that I dont like is that sometimes they get my drink wrong and take about 20 mins to make a new one but there is no problem I have all the time i want.

Ive only used the drive through at this location. Pretty fast service in the morning tush compared to others, but still takes anywhere from 15-20 minutes to complete an order. Staff can be friendly, depending on whos having a good morning. I havent had an issue with drink orders. Only issue is having to yell into their kiosk for them to hear you, since its next to the highway.

A regular coffee tasted like someone literally dumped an ash tray into the brew. Not even joking. This Starbucks, more than any other Ive been to, seems the most inconsistent in its product quality. In drive thru, employees sound like they are juggling too many things or get distracted. I honestly feel like it would improve employees tips if the drive thru processes was a little less frustrating sometimes.

Just taking the 1 star away for general cleanliness of the place... the table we sat at while waiting for our drinks had some trash like straw covers. Drinks were upto the Starbucks standard so totally loved that.

The staff is so friendly, they did not have the ingredients for the Pink drink I ordered so I had the very berry drink but I did not like it so they glad replaced it with another drink - Caramel Machiato. Thank you for your willingness to make me happy.

Ive all the sudden I have in there and the family and cleaning place

I wasn’t too happy about the service as it took the cashier three times to get my order... and they messed up all 3 of the drinks. This was upsetting as I was trying to get my family hooked on Starbucks, but after the unsweetened bitter iced teas they refused to ever visit Starbucks again. Well... I tried.
