To everyone that left a 1 star review, get a friggin life. When someone is busy working on something leave a message and they will call you back. I have used them twice to repair my DS, heavy duty springs and replacement coil. Flawless job, was done in a week and were sorry it took so long lol. I love these guys and only recommend Cartguy. Thank you for the hard work team you are awesome.Also to the person who said $200 to fix an oil leak is too expensive, do it yourself and let us know when you are done lol.Sorry for the rant, thank you again for your excellent service.

Ordered a golf seat cover for my dads golf cart. Quality of the product was great. Definitely note that it wasnt as much of a seat cover, as a seat replacement cover. Had to get a professional upholsterer to install. Otherwise, super happy with the purchase!

Would likely get more business if they picked up a phone or returned a call. I went elsewhere.

Great service once you get a hold of them my personal cart came from the cart guy 10 years ago and if i need anything i call back. prepare to play telephone tag but if you keep at it a call every couple hours eventually you get through

These guys are awesome! Free pick up and delivery in Dunsford. My cart was running really poor but these guys managed to getting it going in a matter of days! A++ glad to know I have these guys to take car of it when needed!

Very terrible at returning phone calls. Its August 2 2017 and still have not received my golf cart for the season. They dont seem to take responsibility for any of there actions. Looking for a new golf cart dealer

Terrible at returning calls. Called January 7, left a message, called January 9, told to expect a call back, and called January 12, left a message. Called again January 15, again told to expect a call back and be patient. Took my business to Masters in Oshawa for 5 new golf carts because Cartguy is not even able to return a simple phone call for a quote! Will never deal with these guys again.Thank You.

Service for golf carts is excellent and many parts are in stock. Great advice also.

Bought a cart for my elderly parents. When they has a problem, they drove to Barrie, picked it up and delivered it back to them the following day all fixed up at no charge.

Paid $200 to fix an oil leak, after getting cart back first day driving it the engine seized due to all of the oil leaking out. They would not take responsibility or offer to make right. When they returned my cart they didnt give me the key back and the back seat had been destroyed.. or switched. Do NOT use this company.
