10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a mattress this was the best experience I had at any of the stores I visited while looking for a mattress! We took our time looking for the perfect fit didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy anything! Ended up with an amazing mattress and deal! Zach was amazing help and had loads of information for us!

Very friendly staff that cater to your specific sleep patterns. Prices were very cheap considered to other outlets and offer best price matching so you will always pay the lowest price. Their sale days are the best times to purchase from them, as they offered me a Queen for the price of a Twin during their Labor Day Sale. Overall a very good experience and will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for new mattresses or adjustable bed bases.

We were in the market for a new mattress so my wife popped into Google and searched for mattresses near us in Circle Pines. Mattress Firm was just over in Lino Lakes. We drove over to Mattress Firm today after our daughter told us what a great experience she had at the Woodbury store. I went in looking for a new mattress that would help me to sleep better at night. Noah asked me some basic questions and what I did for work and if I needed anything for extra support. He showed me various options and was really helpful! He took the time to hear me and what I was experiencing with my current mattress and what I needed.

Came in with intention of getting a matress and thats exactly what happened. the sale rep Ryan Kutz was beyond amazing, didnt rush nor try to sell us what we werent looking for. In and out in a little over an hour due too wanting too make sure we found the perfect mattress. Id highly recommend this matress firm great prices and amazing staff.

We had an awesome experience at Mattress Firm in Lino Lakes. After looking at beds for a couple of weeks, my husband and I were getting tired of trying to decipher which brands were the best, what type of mattress firmness we wanted, what is a good price range for a quality mattress, etc. I was getting annoyed of looking. After deciding we were going to buy a mattress from an online company later that evening, I suggested we stop into Mattress Firm just to do some browsing since it wasnt far from our home. I am SO glad we did! Noah provided amazing customer service and didnt try to pressure us into anything. Instead, he was really informative and patient while answering all of our questions. We ended up purchasing a great adjustable base and two different Twin XL mattresses (that make up a king) so my husband and I could each have a model that worked best for us. At the end of the sale, Noah was genuinely excited for us to receive our new setup and get a better nights sleep! He was wonderful to say the least. Id recommend anyone looking for a bed to stop in there!

Spent over an hour choosing a mattress. Ordered it. Paid for it. Waited a week for it to be delivered to the store. After a week was told the mattress did not exist but that I could order a different one. Cancelled order and went to slumberland instead. Happy with that decision.

Bed not nearly as soft as in the store. One side is defective after 8 months and Im forced to pay for 3rd party inspection now because there warranty is a scam and they dont honor it. I suspect a lot of fraudulent 5 star reviews.
