I ordered my go to drink this morning, mango iced tea, as I am not a coffee drinker and they gave me an iced coffee or else tea with coffee mixed in. Either way, it wasnt iced tea and it looked a lot darker than usual. Brought it back and the lady at the counter was very nice and had them re do it but when the barista in back gave the new drinks to me he had me try it first, it was still coffee flavored, which I told him, and he tried one and said nope its iced tea then when I tried to tell him it wasnt he walked away and ignored me. This has never happened to me before and I know what coffee tastes like, so to not be believed was rather off putting. I didnt know what else to do except leave the drinks there and leave caribou. Probably not going to go back to this location for a while.

Usually great speedy service. This morning however very slow, had to repeat order 3 times and I was just getting 2 simple drinks. It took 20 minutes to get through the drive through. Had I not been boxed in I wouldve just left. Then when I got to work and took a sip...no cream!!! Ugh.

I love caribou in general, and this location gets my drink right most of the time .. but when they get busy they seem to have major problems compared to other locations Ive been to. This has happened more than four times, and usually the problem is that they dont make the food part of my order if busy. Today was especially frustrating. I ordered ahead on my phone... I probably gave them a three to five minute head start before I got there. I ordered a sausage biscuit and white mocha. When I walked in they had a group of about 9 people waiting for something. A few of the people said that they had been waiting a very long time, and a few gave up and left while I was still waiting. I got my drink after between 10 to 15 minutes, but then realized that they had two people making drinks, two people taking orders, one person in the back, but nobody was making any of the food orders. I think other people were waiting for food too, but nobody even went near the oven in the roughly 20+ minutes I waited. I got frustrated and finally went up and said just to cancel the food part of my order because I had to leave. The girl said oh well we can make your food for you.. But my thought was.... I ordered about 20 minutes ago and Im guessing other people ordered food too since some of the people waiting already were holding a drink... Why wasnt it being worked on at all before I said something? Why have two people taking in orders that you cant fill rather than one of them working on food orders? It seems like when they are busy, they just do the drinks and ignore any food orders. I left without the food. I will avoid this location if possible. I still give three stars because when they are not busy they do fine.

David manages a great team. I visited his store 1-2 times daily for years when I lived nearby and I still visit occasionally. I wish the Caribou at 65 and 125th, in Blaine, would have the personable staff and management that David was able to offer.

Nice and clean coffee is good, but freezing in here! I commented to the cashier that it was very cold and she didnt offer to turn the air down, she just said she liked it like that. Im visiting my parents and had to get away to study. Would have gone somewhere else but options are limited in this area, at least at this time on a Sunday.

This Apollo Dr. location is my favorite! Ive had nothing but great experiences with the staff here. Everyone is exceptionally friendly, fun to chat with while I wait and my drinks are always perfect (Ive had many other locations mess up half shot flavor adds making them way too sugary)! Great group of employees! Thanks for all my amazing mochas! 😉

Staff is always friendly and professional. Wait times are almost always exceptionally long. Be prepared to wait 15-20 min in the drive through.

I only go to this location when I don’t have time to go out of my way to go to another location. Almost every time I regret stopping at this location because I can only take a few sips of the drink before literally throwing it away. I always figure I’ll give them another chance but am usually disappointed. This location must add 2-3 times the syrup as other locations. No matter what I get, it’s always offensively sweet to the point where I need to rinse it down with water, even when I ask for half the syrup! I don’t have this issue at any other location. The staff here must need more/better training

I was at this Caribou location this morning (3/6) around 9am. The staff should be commended and rewarded for handling a difficult customer who was causing quite a bit of tension among staff and customers. One staff member in particular who was making all the coffees dealt with the difficult customer in a calm, professional manner, and helped to calm down other customers who were getting angry with the difficult customer. I didnt get the baristas name but he deserves recognition.

So happy when I ask for no candies I get no candies in my white chocolate turtle mocha

The best employees and fast service

I had picked up a chai late from another Caribou location the night before and didn’t realize it was bad (tastes like the milk was bad) until I had gotten to my destination. By then I was too far away to return and get a new one and out of time. I went to this location the following morning and explained my situation and they happily made me a new one. What excellent customer service- covering for a different location. I’ll definitely be back! And I’ll let everyone know how awesome you guys are! Thanks for making my birthday extra special!

Spent over 45 minutes in the drive thru, staff was rude and disrespectful, I ordered 5 drinks and wasnt even given ir offered a drink carrier.

Quick drive thru, went in the afternoon and they were pretty fast. My caramel high rise was GREAT!

I had a birthday coupon on my phone and used my phone number it didnt work. So I had to buy the coffee.

I visit caribou and other coffee stores often but this store often seems slower. Just recently went in for one drink at 3pm with no one in line. The gentlemen took my order and appeared to be all alone. He then took four car orders, prepared their drinks while I continued to wait in line. I finally asked if there was anyone in back who could come help. A young girl then came out to start helping. After waiting for 15-20 minutes since I had arrived, my drink was being made but was incorrect. There was no apology for the wrong drink or more importantly the wait. The young workers made my cold drink and then gave me the warm drink. I was not impressed with my visit. I’ve always enjoyed Caribou coffee however I would also appreciate a polite worker who at least can share an apology for running behind.

My go to coffee place. Always great service, and better coffee than the other coffee houses. My opinion anyway.

I would have given more stars but my coffee was so full it was spilling out the lid before I even got it into the car. I get I want what I pay for but I also dont want to be cleaning coffee out of my cupholder.

The coffee is really good. I had a smooth medium roast and sat awhile. Im really stuck on their brand as consequence of this visit. But thats my preference. Just saying. There are choices.

Average wait time in the drive through is 10-15 minutes. Every single time! And never once have I been comped a drink for having to wait. Starbucks on the other hand, if I wait for even 5 minutes in the drive through, they apologize, comp my drink, AND their coffee can be cheaper then caribou’s. Two thumbs down for me

This Caribou location is fine. I frequent this location because it is close to my work and has a drive through. Their employees are always very nice. But they are consistently slow at this location. Like, with one car ahead of you, you might spend 10 minutes waiting. I wouldnt stop here if you are in a hurry.

I am a frequent Caribou lover (2-3 visits per week) and tried this location out of convenience, I ordered my normal Caramel High Rise but found it very bitter to taste. I brought it back and they remade it with an employee telling me “if this one is off it’s you not me” which I found a bit rude, especially when the remake tasted just as poor...hopefully just a bad pot of coffee but I won’t be going to this specific location again. This one is on you, Caribou, not me.

Worst service ever. Jeremy is super cocky and rude. Called and asked some questions got great answers and then when I got there got a complete different story and an attitude from Jeremy and what I’m assuming is the manager. Will never use this location again. Save your trip and go to the one at the village. Way nicer and would rather wait for my coffee inside then wait and this store with unfriendly staff.

So Awesome - Me & a friend of mine went to this Caribou out of the blue. Preferred 2 drinks that some other people accidentally took. So instead of just making us new ones they also have us the two that the other people had ordered. Super duper dope! Two thumbs up Circle pines! :)

When the crew recognizes your car in the drive-thru, you know youre coming to the right place!Of course the coffee is amazing.But whats even more amazing are the people who work here. Most of the time I stop in so I can chat with the crew. 💕

Sat in line for 25 minutes to then be told they were closed, at 1:30pm on a Saturday. Unacceptable and it needs to be handled differently. I ended up going to Dunkin and received my coffee within five minutes of getting in line with the same amount of people that were in the Caribou line.

I love being a perks member! This place is so wonderfully accommodating. I occasionally order drinks that aren’t on the menu. They are always cheerful... great customer service

Absolutely love the early morning, drive through workers! Always upbeat, pleasant, and offer a smile! I ALWAYS order the same coffee, it always seems to be GREAT when I go super early in the morning (almost every morning). Have gone late morning/afternoon and havent had such great luck! I thought they had to all follow the same recipe so I dont understand how it can taste so different? I went yesterday around 12:45pm and I was extremely disappointed, I was really looking forward to my usual, it tasted nothing like it is supposed to!!! I wasnt able to even drink it and had to toss it, $6 down the drain, this wasnt the first time either! Sorry but the coffee is too expensive for you to not care if it is right. If it happens again (I truly hope it doesnt), I will have to take my daily coffee visit elsewhere.

Drive through has a strange design. You can not pull up close to the drive through window, attendant has to reach way out the window to give you your coffee. Very good service.

Allie was extremely RUDE! She waited on us in the drive through and heard my order wrong then acted like it was my fault and gave me this huge attitude. Terrible experience!

Love the first morning cup to be robust and open my eyes. Second cup is mello and smooth aong with a scone. Set for the day. Great ace to meet and chat also. Friendly atmosphere.

This was a pretty average coffee place. They werent extremely fast, but they werent slow either. Their breakfast sandwiches were good, and I loved the campfire mocha with dark chocolate!

Not enough comfy seating-that most places have- just the hard wooden chairs- otherwise its coffee- cant go wrong.

Always love this place great location however, within the past year, the service has gone down SO MUCH!! If you have your entire day free, this is the place to stop because they are EXTREMELY SLOW and the customer service has declined terribly!! If the other caribou had a drive through I would not return to this location..

Love the staff.💜 very efficient. During the school year Id avoid visiting from 7:45-8:30am. Very very busy with great parents treating their kids to a carribou run before school at the end of the week.

The hit chocolate was good 👌 so was the coffee. The breakfast sandwich was not worth $4 something.

I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and a toasted plain bagel with strawberry shmear. They gave me a screwed up bagel and plain shmear.

Asked for a crafted press with no ice. Got half a drink... I am a manager at another caribou so i know when something is made wrong. Told them to fix it and they just poured cold press to the top (which is wrong it messes with the ratio of the original drink) so asked them to remake it and told them what the issue was they said no problem and no joke did the exact same thing! I had to be somewhere so I left and called in later to that store.

I make almost daily stops in the drive through on my way to the cities. Ive been in the worst of moods and always pull away smiling! The staff are always friendly, fun and uplifting!

Service is slow here. Management has improved but drive thru is always slow. They need a sound barrier at drive thru speaker so they can hear people ordering because freeway is too loud right behind speaker.
