Cannot say enough about this place. Walked in with a few questions about a new zero turn and went back the next day and picked it up. Jim was great, no pressure at all and answered any questions I had. Roger was also awesome to deal with. Super friendly place and very impressive selection of everything. 100% my new go-to store!

A great local hardware store with exceptionally helpful staff who never seem inconvenienced by even the simplest of questions!I can’t count the number of times I’ve shopped here, often for some obscure tool, nut or bolt, but also for landscape and garden supplies, a sump pump rental when my basement flooded, paint, wood working supplies, and just about anything else you could imagine.No, I don’t recall the names of the familiar staff members, but they have often helped me in seconds to find what I needed . . . or more importantly, help me figure out what it was that I actually needed given the project I was working on at the moment. You won’t often get that at a big chain outlet!They won’t have a big selection of lumber, so don’t expect that, but they will make sure you know about Harts Lumber or other alternatives if your needs are more specific, eg - fencing, etc.

Best small-town hardware store in existence. If they dont have it, you probably dont need it. JK, they got it all and can get it for you if for some reason its not in stock. Everyones super nice. And the rentals are THE BEST. Tractor? Yep. DJ equipment? Of course! Movie style popcorn machine? Heck yeah.

They always have something to get you out of a jam, and a great rental section.

Friendly service. Has pretty much anything you need for your hardware-based projects. Today I needed an odd specifically sized spring. Of course they had it. Walked out with about 20 other things but that’s on me.

I go here even though I live about 40 minutes away and have closer options available, because the service here is exceptional. I rely heavily on the rental department, pick up various parts for work and home projects, and had my neglected snowblower repaired in time for the coming storm (I brought it in far enough in advance). The service desk people gave me great tips for care of all of my power equipment. Keep up the great work!

Nice Hardware store, lots of things to look at. They even have an area you can rent tools and party supplies. Nicer than going to Home Depot or Lowes. Friendly, knowledgeable sales people.

I went here because I was fixing something for a friend, this is not my regular True Value and honestly I probably wont be back because this store is not at all close to me. That said I received excellent service, the store was well stocked and the whole experience was great. I would absolutely go back again if I was in the area and needed something.

This is a good true value location. I have shopped here many times, particularly because they are local. They might be a little more expensive than some other locations, but theyve always taken care of me if Ive ever had a problem. I was able to even return an item though I could not find the receipt. Very helpful staff.

This True Value has been my local hardware store for more than 30 years. I have purchased tools, screws, nails, stains, paints, finishes, hardware, lawn care equipment, cleaning supplies and more. The quality is always good, and if there is something I need that isnt here at the store, they can order it for me.

Rented a bounce house and upon pickup the delivery guys took it upon themselves to back up on the lawn without asking and considering possible damage / septic location. 100% unprofessional.

Its a mixed bag. Store is perfectly fine, typical for a large-sized True Value.They have a decent rental service, with plenty of equipment, but they do not have much solidarity with their customers. Case in point: I rented a tractor/excavator last summer and dutifully re-filled the tank after a week rental. My can did not quite fill the tank to the brim, but the needle was at full. They charged my card for one gallon of gas plus a hefty fill fee. Nice. Stay away from their repair service. It is just terrible; understaffed or perhaps not well staffed, its slow and often the repairs are incorrectly diagnosed or executed.

They service/fix my lawn mower each year. Always great! This year, they even fixed the broken rear-view mirror on the mower... no charge! Yes, I have a lawnmower that has one of those old truck rear-view mirrors attached. LOL. Dont judge me. He He. I lets me know when cars are behind me to stop or move away when cars pass.These guys are the best. The store is the best. It has everything. Everyone helps out with any question you ask.

I rented a 225 pound plate compactor for a couple of days.When I picked it up if was clean, fueled and ready to go. Ill update this review after Im done using it for my project.

Plenty of space for parking especially when picking up a rental. Employees are friendly and helpful.

Quick in and out for rentals. If your a contractor in the morning or even mid day and need to get a machine for whatever, likely they have it. But they dont take forever to get you back on the road and moving like most rental counters do... thats HUGE

Extremely disappointed in their store I purchased a professional climbing saw 5 months ago for over 700$ about a month ago it gave me problems so I brought it in for warranty now Ive been without my saw without my means of income for a month now and have made several phone calls to them questioning the delay no loner saw and no climbing saw means no income I will never purchase another product from them as anywhere else will give you a loner
