This owner operated body shop is awesome. Another driver hit my parked SUV so in the process of selecting a repair shop, I began reading online reviews. This repair was rated pretty highly and most of the reviews had very positive things to say about them. Based on the comments, I selected Hwy 78 Body Shop even though they are a bit far from my home.I am so happy that I chose them because they are they are warm, friendly and yet very professional, but most importantly, their work quality is superb! The finished the work promptly and they kept me informed throughout the process. My car looks better now than before the accident. I will never allow anyone else to work on my vehicles!

This is a family owed body shop this is the first time I used them only because this is first wrecked vehicle the first time I walked in I felt like I was at home they welcomed me and my daughter Matt and Lisa and Jessica are awesome people very kind and professional people I dropped my vehicle off at about closing time and the next morning I was getting updates when my vehicle would be ready and was very surprised on the timeline that my vehicle would be completed and it was completed on the day it was promised in the future I will use no other body shop except for Highway 78 body shop they do excellent work and even detail your car when finished and I would definitely recommend this body shop to anyone you will not be disappointed when your car is finished when I picked up my vehicle which was my daughter’s Jeep The smile on her face was priceless of how good her jeep looked keep up the good work highway 78 body shop

The owner worked with me on the pricing and I had my car back in three days as good as new. I had been backed into and a nice imprint of the Tow hatch was left in the rear bumper of my Camaro. I plan on going back for touch up regular wear and tear rock chips and scratches.

I didn’t get to pick up my car because I was at work and didn’t get off until after they closed. I had someone else to go get it for me. When I got home to finally see the car, I was so pleasantly surprised. Not only did they fix the issue, but they also cleaned my car. I was planning on getting a car wash when I got the car back, but I don’t even need to. They did an awesome job. Everyone is so nice, excellent customer service. I cannot stress that enough. I wanted to pick up the phone and thank them because I was so happy, but I thought a review would be better. If I ever need work done again, I will be calling Hwy 78 bodyshop. And I will recommend to everyone. Thank you again guys!!!

They completed the work on my damaged truck very quickly. You cant even tell i was rear ended. Everyone there was very polite and seemed to genuinely love their job and appreciate their customers.

I had my car fixed in this body shop. Everything seen to be fine until after I paid my deductible and picked my car today. I noticed that the tires were not cleaned (FYI: I had a complimentary car wash). There were yellow pieces of tape around the car, and they did such a terrible and poor work inside my car as well. I belive my 5 year old baby can clean the inside better. So let me tell you a little bit more, we just had came back from a trip and had the accident. We did not have enough time to clean the car from the trip since we needed the car to be fix FOR THE SAFETY OF MY FAMILY. Not even air fresherner was used. So I called the shop and I was transfer to the most unpleasant and unprofessional person I have ever come across Mr. Mat the owner of the company. Yes, you got it right, the owner of the shop. He couldnt even let me started to talk. Instead of him listening and try to understand my points about how the outside of my car looked, he started to argued with me and even tell me that my car was one of the most dirtiest car they have ever had. First able, you have to show respect to your customers and NEVER NEVER make this disgusting comments to one of your customer. He did not like to listen to any of my points. So if I see this kinda of issues outside my car, how do expect me to believe on the work the did inside for the accident??? This people is not trusted and please dont ever do business with them. I know I wont and I promise to myself to write this review just to help people be awared of this nasty man and his poor and disguting way of conduct business. Remember Mr. Mat, Customers should be #1 and most of all, please learn how to respect people.

I went for an estimate and the first question I was asked was if insurance were involved🤔.I was told it would be a waste of my time and his to get an estimate without him seeing what the insurance estimated🤔. Then he went on to say his price is always going to be more than the insurance company 🤔. I am very familiar with how all this works and if you dont know what they quoted how will you know that your estimate will be higher??? Because you are overcharging sir. I have been to several places today that have given an estimate with no problem. An estimate is an estimate..... They all were nice and it seems to be family operated because there was a baby 👶 crib in the middle of the waiting room. So if you are going here for a fair estimate (or an estimate at all)make sure you lie and say that insurance is not involved.

I’m assuming that (for the most part) abody shop is a body shop. Yes, there are differences in skill and efficiency for individual technicians and some are better managed, but as long as your car comes back right that’s all that matters in the long run.My decision to go with HWY 78 was based 100% on the people that work there. I had gotten a few estimates from some of the preferred shops in the area and stopped by HWY 78 as it was recommended by one of the preferred shops and on my way home. Their prices were comparable.When I got there the staff genuinely treated me like family. They were serving their staff a home-cooked meal and would not settle for me turning down a plate. It was good by the way. It’s family-owned and operated and there were people in the waiting area who weren’t even getting their cars repaired, but had developed relationships with the staff over the years and came by to say “Hi”.They treated me professionally and respectfully (which is to be expected), but they treated me kindly. It was a very positive atmosphere. After my estimate was done they made me a to-go plate. Made me want to call my mom. LOLEvery time I came in EVERYONE knew me by name which made me feel like my business mattered to them.When the rental car place was too busy to drop me back off after the repairs were complete the owners drove me personally. In fact they dropped me off to get the rental in the first place.Just genuinely good people who really care for their customers and the level of quality they put into their work. That was why I chose them and why I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to them again.
