They were AMAZING we had two cars needing glass repairs. To start they were the best price I found. They were super friendly and gave advice on other issues with one of the vehicles. Other than it being the only clean windows at the moment you can’t tell it was replaced. They left us VERY happy. I hope I never need them again but if I do I know who I’ll call!

Brought my Mustang in at 4pm to drop off and have the window motors and regulators replaced on both sides. They had me done and ready to roll before 6pm! What an awesome shop. The staff and techs were very friendly and experts at their jobs. They even waited for me to get there after they closed to pickup my car. If you need expert window services, these are definitely the ones you should select!

My dealer recommended Universal so I gave them a shot and called to see what they would charge. They were more than 50% cheaper than the other well known guy. I canceled my appointment with the other guy and went to Universal. They were faster and very professional. After they were done I noticed a whisper of air coming from the windshield. I called them and right away they said bring it back. I did and they immediately resolved the issue. These guys are good!! Save your money and go with Universal!!!

These guys are amazing. Went to another repair shop and they wanted to charge me over $400 to replace my front windshield. So I stopped by Universal Auto and not only did they get me in the next day they charged me $200 less that the other company. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I was amazed at how cheaper it was to take my business here vs Safelite. I saved 100 dollars. Receptionist was the nicest person ever! They are very fast also! Universal Auto Glass is the best place to go for glass replacement and repairs. If Ralph can’t figure out what’s wrong with your car then no one can. Great service and they fix power windows that have been broken for years. Very friendly and honest people that do more than what you pay for.

I have a 1979 C20 and they originally replaced the windshield for a cost that was absolutely below their competition. At the time, the person who came out, a Mr. Ryan, told me theyd order a fitting for the windshield since mine didnt have it, so I paid only for the windshield that time. It was cheap and they came out the second time, I only paying the thirty odd bucks for the fitting.Few days later (the day before this review), I noticed a crack forming at the corner of my windshield. I called up and talked to their manager (hes the one who picked up, nice guy!) and asked them about it and at no charge to me they came out the very next morning to check on it. It turns out the windshield was defective and they replaced it at absolutely no cost to me. Ryan and his teammate were professional and extremely polite, even showing me how to take off the windshield wiper bars for my year model safely and effectively (something I didnt even realize!). I fully expect to continue doing business with them as I continue my restoration on my vehicle and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!VERY professional, VERY polite, VERY prompt.

The customer service, quality of work, and their quickness has caused me to bring all three of my vehicles here. They went above and beyond for my elderly mother. My work schedule and moms lack of mobility made getting her vehicle to them impossible. No problem! They came to her!

I came in on Christmas Eve just as they were leaving for the day. Everyone, from the workers to the lady at the counter, was so kind. They ordered a windshield for me and took payment so i could give it to my son for christmas....much thanks and appreciation to the staff..wouldnt go anywhere else

All in all a great experience. They get extremely busy so you may have to follow up on your own if youre waiting for a call back, but the work they do is top notch so it more than makes up for that .

We have just seen this driver at 1.16pm today (16th August 2019) driving erratically on route 6 southbound. Was speeding and driving close to several cars. Surprised he didnt cause several accidents or scrap anything. I work for a global transport firm and his manner of driver would result in his dismissal. I will never use this company again....

Great people and great work. They have done every job on every truck we have. They have even done 2 windshields on personal vehicles and replaced the drains in my VW sunroof. What I appreciate most is they came to my job and took care of my windshield. Cant say enough good things about their work.

These guys are awesome. They came to my house before I left for work and hooked me up w/ a brand new windshield that was an OEM part (made by the same manufacturer that the car company uses) for over $200 LESS than the BMW dealer was offering! Was there a little over a year ago, And the window is leaking. I guess the price is so much cheaper because they do not stand behind there work. I have talked to several other glass companys and lets just say I would of paied the extra to know they stand behind there work unlike this place.

Job was completed through mobile service. They arrived ahead of schedule. Glass was left in the driveway after the repair. I called to notify them and the owner stated they dont clean up after other peoples messes. I explained that this was their mess from the removal/installation. He sent someone to clean up - both of them were EXTREMELY courteous.
