Lets start with the good. Customer service is typically on (or above) par. Associates are friendly and courteous generally speaking. However, the store presentation has been lacking and taking a downward spiral in quality in terms of: overall store cleanliness (floors, shelves, counter surfaces, and drains for the hot/cold drinks), not being fully stocked on several refrigerated items, the kitchen being out of service/closed in the middle of the day, not having fresh coffee ready for the morning rush, having old used coffee grinds just sitting on the machines in plain vew, cappuccino machines out of order, slush machines out of order, etc. Ive seen so much Orange OUT OF SERVICE tape lately, it looks like a crime scene. This location devalues the QT brand image. Hopefully this will turn around soon.

Assistant manager is very rude. No customer service what so ever. Never have I ever had an item taken out of my hands. I came in to buy wine and he said the cut off was 11:30 before I could even move or say anything this man walks over to me(I’m still in front of the wine) and takes the wine out of my hand as if he is annoyed or aggravated. I am outraged. Why are you taking something out of my hand as if you have just told your child no they can’t have something. If he wanted to put it back for me he could’ve asked. Don’t take anything out of someone’s hands. How rude and unprofessional. He needs to be reprimanded because I’ve looked at the reviews for this store and other people have complained about him as well.

Convenient but very busy place. The staff is friendly and efficient. The bathroom was clean. The gas prices are good and it is easy in and out.

Has regular car gas $2.899 at 6am 12MAY2021. No rationed limit. I stopped at RaceTrac, prior, who only had Diesel, so this was good to get car gas here, even though they only have Regular gas, at this time and date.

Was in line before the end of alcohol sales and was refused to be served. Worked for you in the past. And that is complete bs.

Went in to pay for gas, you know, a quick 20 second transaction. The cashiers made no eye contact with me and after 5 minutes I had to step in, apologize to another customer who ended up making fun of me, and then I was able to take 20 seconds if that to pay for my gas. Bad experience all around.

I love Quiktrip I probably spend $50k or more a year at QT. This QT has become a joke. Theyve had issues with the latte machine for 2 months now. They are messing up my schedule. The lot is trashed who ever the regional is should be embarrassed especially with all the extra help being a training store.

Hands down Lance has the best customer service Ive ever seen!!! Hes the reason I come to this store. We need more people like him with a positive attitude!! I will definitely be coming back.

QT is my favorite gas station. It is ALWAYS clean, and the way they handle customer check out is efficient!! I havent eaten the hotdogs since Covid, but they are always good!!

This location sells snus. I bought General snus here. Youll have to call in advance to see what other brands they have in stock.Like all quicktrips (at least in this particular area) they stop selling beer at midnight. Dont believe the hype. It is a COMPANY policy. Cobb county law requires stores to stop selling beer at 2 am. Go to the nearest Racetrac which is 300 yards down the road to get beer after midnight.

Nice staff, all of them! I like their orange cream-sicle flavored slushies, And, they have white cherry slushies that is very good too! Ive always like soft serve ice cream, and I think the cones are 40 cents. For a convenience store, this ones fully stocked. They have competitive gas prices, and store full of to go food. They have a grill in there too. Its what the name implies: QuikTrip.
