Im not sure how sells department is because I bought my genesis g70 prestige 2.0t new from southtowne but have been having service done by concierge at genesis of lithia springs...first service department personnel have major integrity issues...not to mention my vehicle has been here to this place for the same reason multiple times without a fix...I have provided videos of the problem with my cars navi randomly jumping from state to state without me being able to stop it...too many details to list but to say Im so disatisfied is an understatement. If genesis is the luxury brand it is supposed to be start with cleaning up service department at lithia springs hyundai..there is one person in particular I really have problems with a ms. Willie....this lady actually lied to my face she would have service manager call me a week later no call...I called back and service manager had no recollection of supposing to call me back..IF THIS ISNT A SHOW OF INCOMPETENCE ON THE BEHALF OF THE MESSAGE DELIVERER I DONT NO WHAT IS....JUSY BE VERY CAREFUL DEALING WITH THIS DEALERSHIP ESPECIALLY SERVICE DEPARTMENT....

No updates on my car....

I have been in the market for a quality used car for the past few months. I stopped by Thornton Road Genesis on Friday (9.13) and looked at their inventory. They had a car on the lot that matched my needs (quality car with low miles at a fair price). I was helped by an extremely nice and hard working salesman named Briand. I cannot speak for the rest of TRGs sales staff, but I highly recommend asking for Briand personally if youre looking for great customer service and someone who will treat you like a human being rather than a sale or a number . Briand worked very hard to get me into the car I wanted and I have to say was exceedingly patient with me. Buying a car is, for me, a stressful and time consuming process. I was and still am appreciative and amazed at the way Briand was able to work with me and keep me as calm and worry free as possible.I cannot reccomend this dealership more than the 5-star rating allowed, but I can add that after this experience I plan to continue working with Thornton Road Genesis in the future if any needs should arise.

I had been looking for a certain combination ofCar and was only able to find it at TRH. The wonderful greetings with the music playing and the greetings from the staff was awesome. Shakeem was over the top and helped us with all the details, the G70 was perfect!!!Ms. Emoral was so sweet and walked us through everything. All in all my wife wasVery happy and that’s all that really mattered..Thanks Thornton Road Hyundai!!!!
