Tried to find my old review from April 2021 so I could update it and change rating, but cant find it...In any case, Just purchased a 2021 Ninja 650. Thought we would have logistical issues because I was trading a bike in thats in the shop at the Marietta location for warranty work, but they worked with the other location and everything went smooth. My salesman Tom was a rockstar, and diligently worked on the details and kept me updated. To be honest with you, I had one of the best customer services experiences I’ve ever had working with these fellas. I had called pretty much every place that sells fourwheelers in the southeast trying to find a specific fourwheeler for my dad‘s retirement. I spent a couple of days talking to sales reps at all of those places letting them know what I was looking for. Not a single one of those people I have ever called me back to this day, other than a sales rep here at this particular store named Jonathan Miller. This dude really went above and beyond for me! They didn’t have what I was looking for either, but through constant communication trying to help me find a solution, Jonathan ended up earning my business on a similar four wheeler he was able to piece together and build for me. It wasn’t an easy task with the supply chain in the country being as messed up as it is. The store manager and the parts service manager got involved with helping Jonathan get me taken care of when we did run into a few snags. I’ve been in sales all of my working life. I definitely understand what it looks like they have good customer service or excellent customer service. These guys get it right over here!

The guys in the service department by far are the best when it comes to working with you and always have a great demeanor. The mechanics have never let me down when fixing my bike, especially when I get to talk to them and explain what I think is wrong with the bike. I have been coming to this particular shop for a few years now and for me it will be the only one that will work on my bike. Continue to do good work fellas!!!

As I was talking to the parts guy I said yeah I think I got a good deal he said if it would of been 5 months ago thats how long they had them on the floor for sale if it would of been 5 months ago the guy over the parts would of told me to kick rocks for some people like me 1200 dont come to easy especially way things are now yes Ive bought from there before me and my step son got 2 2018 450 dritbike I bought can-am 500 outlander and I was the only place I used to buy parts from for any of my off-road vehicles moved off to Alabama for a couple years come back and been like the place that all the way to two guys were active like I really didnt matter after spending $1,200 it

It does not matter what time of day you call this dealership. Parts nor service will ever come to the phone. If you are lucky enough to get in the service department, whatch out Because you are definitelyBecause you are definitely about to be overcharged. They charge me $400 to replace a battery in my kawasaki vaquero 1700. My advice Just take the extra time to travel somewhere else.

I was in the market for the new Kawasaki KLR650 when I went to mountain motorsports to ask about inventory. I was greeted by Chris who was polite, professional, and while inventory was extremely hard to find, worked with me the entire time to keep me updated.After several weeks a model arrived which I put a hold on and reserved. Purchasing was easy, financing was on par with my expectations. And they offer reasonable no pressure maintenance packages to supplement the manufacture warranty.Great experience, thanks Chirs and the mountain motorsports team!

Went and sold my motorcycle and they looked the bike over and as far as the bike being sold and them buying it was great… no complaints. But they also told me I had to wait around 2 weeks to get my check in the mail. That should have been said over the phone when I called. Also, while we we’re waiting for them to look the bike over. We was looking at new inventory and could not get any help. Considering the salesman I honestly would have traded the bike in on new inventory but the sales people did not seem to care whether or not they sold anything. So I walked away with a check in the mail and no product.

Went in looking for a Yamaha 4 wheeler for my husband. They didnt have much inventory at the moment which was ok cause other places we went to are around the same in stock and all. Difference here is that We were greeted and helped right away by Thomas Godbold. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for and was very great with explaining every last detail for payment and shipment. I definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Look forward to doing more business with them in the near future.

My wife and I recently purchased some new property and needed a side by side to help maintain the grounds. I initially looked on the FB Marketplace and other websites for late model opportunities. I found that current demand for UTVs continues to be high and previously owned units are commanding top dollar. Although, I called several Mountain Motorsports locations inquiring about new units, I was very impressed with the way Jonathan Miller of the Lithia Springs location, understood my requirements and went the extra mile. He was able secure a new 2022 Mule XT FI 4X4 for me. He was also able to expedite financing, prep and delivery to meet our requirements. We had a great experience at the Lithia Springs location and love the new Mule XT. Kudos to Jonathan Miller!

Outstanding Service Department!!!!True customer service!!(Tuesday)Needed to get my first 100Hr maintenance completed and contacted Mountain Motor Lithia Springs Service Department to schedule a time.Jonathan got in touch with me to setup a time when unit could be dropped off and explained what would be done.Didnt get off work at scheduled time and called to cancel drop-off and service appointment. Jonathan made arrangements to stay late so I could still drop off unit. As well assured me services would be completed by end of week.Made it to store after hours and was greeted like they had just opened. Meet Jonathan and Service Mgr Brian and was able to express my Thanks for staying late.(Wednesday) Afternoon received call from Jonathan that unit was ready and went over everything done.(Thursday) Picked up unit provided explanation of service. I work retail and if someone walks in my store I at least greet them. And if I see a customer looking at a product that’s a good indicator to me that they are probably interested. Walked in for 20 mins no one said anything. I am currently shopping around for a bike and other bike accessories. But I guess last hour of the day everybody just ready to leave out.

Fast service compared to other companies Ive dealt with great service

I called on Wednesday (3/4/20) afternoon looking for a specific Polaris model. I ended up speaking with Kolby. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I told him I was shopping around and wanted his best out the door price. In less than 20 minutes he had beat every other dealer I had spoken with by a huge margin. In less than an hour I had a buyers order and had paid my deposit. All of this was done through phone and text without ever stepping in the store. I arrived at the location Thursday (3/5/20) morning and met Kolby for the first time. He was very nice and cordial and met me with a firm handshake. He and his team had my SxS ready. I was given the opportunity to check the machine out top to bottom. He answered all of my questions.When I was satisfied with my inspection (it was a brand new machine), he introduced me to Joey in parts. We discussed several anticipated mods / accessories. Joey then gave me a printed quote with discounted pricing on the Polaris parts I was interested in. I was then introduced to David in service. David went over the maintenance schedule and pre-ride procedures with me. When this was completed I was introduced to the F&I manager (I can’t remember his name). He filled out all the paperwork and took care of the financial side of the transaction. As I was about to load my new purchase, the sales manger introduced herself (I can’t remember her name either. At this point I was so excited my brain was already on the trails). She thanked me for my business and for making the long drive (50+ miles passing other dealerships) to do business with them.In less than 20 hours I had made a cold call, negotiated a killer deal and picked up my new General Deluve XP from MMS Lithia Springs. Overall, this was outstanding transaction. I will admit I was hesitant to believe the price I was quoted. It seemed too good to be true. My local dealer told me it was within $200 of cost on the unit. I was offered other products (accessories and service contracts / this is their job), but I never felt pressured.I would give them 10 stars if Google would let me. Terrible customer service, they would say, “ I”ll call you back in 10 minutes”, and they wouldn’t . I had to call back several times and would get no answer. I put a deposit down to have a side by side held for me to purchase, well they still sold it to someone else after telling me I had locked it in and it couldn’t be sold. Word of advice, go on down to Freedom Powersports, where they actually do what they say they will.

The staff, selection, and atmosphere were outstanding. Shae greeted my wife and I when we came in. She answered all of our questions and directed us to the specific 4-wheeler we were looking for. Walked in and basically asked how to spell motorcycle. They were patient and told me what Id need to start. Talked a lot about cruiser vs sport. Didnt even try to sell me a bike and instead to take an MSF course first. Honest dudes.They didnt have gear that fit me but Im a ham-planet so not unexpected.

This is my second purchase from Mountain Motorsports. I purchased a motorcycle and bought a GPS tracking device for the bike. I drove the motorcycle home and found that the GPS had not been installed properly by their service department. I contacted the vendor to let them know.Go to another location if you want good service. The manager of this location threatened me with legal action when I asked him to put this in writing and fix the issue. Shame on them!

Worst experience I ever had from a dealership. They tried to sneak in a $1,500 freight & prep fee on a new bike. Very arrogant and unwilling to work to sell me a bike. I am not into games. Very disappointing as I was ready to buy. Ended up purchasing elsewhere.

Did lots of research, read reviews from several dealers and chose Mountain Motor Sports Lithia Springs and JAY as our salesman to buy our Polaris Ranger EV. He worked hard to find the exact Ranger EV machine we wanted and had it ready in a few days. Jay was friendly and very knowledgeable and we especially appreciated that there were no high pressure sales tactics. We actually ended up with a final price a little LESS than he quoted us. That has never happened to us before and we will be recommending Mountain Motorsports and JAY to others.

Mark helped my 5yr old find a good pair of gloves & showed us the DRZ50. He really interacted well with my daughter & didnt overreact when she got a bit too excited. He helped her to be safe around the bike & kept an eye on her while I spoke with Joey about parts & some sale helmets.I got 2 great kids helmets to give as gifts for HALF the price of one helmet! Joey also helped me look up some parts & gear we were interested in. Everyone greeted us in the store as we passed through but we werent bothered while shopping. Its nice to browse without a shadow. Ive mostly interacted with the parts and service departments, (not sales). The people have been very friendly, helpful and upfront about costs. The mechanics do good work in a timely fashion. The only reason I dont leave 5 stars is the phone situation. I have spent more time on hold with the service department than with my health insurance company.

Walked in met a salesman named Jay told him that I wanted a Yamaha R3 in a specific color scheme he pulled it up in their system told me they had it we discussed payment options a day or so later I got the call that my bike was ready I go in and pick it up got all my questions answered and took my bike home it was quick and painless Jay helped me out with a few questions a few days later and I couldnt be happier with my new bike and the people who helped me get it

Best experience I have ever had at a dealer. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They let me put my motorcycle on hold for a minimal deposit for a few days until I could get there, which was a HUGE help. I took the bike for a test ride and they had me out the door in a couple hours. A special thanks to my sales person Jason for making sure I got a great deal on the bike I wanted. He even personally helped me trailer it up when I went to leave. I would highly recommend the Lithia Springs location of Mountain Motorsports. Fantastic customer service !
