On Site is a great place to work! The owners take interest in all employees and know everyone by name. The management is supportive and makes sure you have all the tools and skills to do the best work possible. The culture is friendly and invites open and honest communication. I wish that I would have started at On Site years ago.

If you think hey this could be a decent place to work I strongly recommend you look elsewhere. They seem decent from the outside but once you get in all it is is hostile management hiding behind a what can I do for you facade... You will be constantly harassed claiming that you aren’t performing well enough to there absurd standards.Pay is laughable for the work being performed

Worst company to work for ever. People get fired because they had to deal with family stuff. The company doesnt wanna work with a family emergency and would just rather fire people left n right. Revolving door inside and out. Horrible management skills. The manager at the stl location really needs to be replaced. Or go through proper training on how to fire people instead of just looking at the employee and saying I quote ima call it. Please do something about this or continue to have a revolving door at this place. 7am

Onsite was awesome, we got a really good deal from a wedding event and their customer service was out of this world! When the unit we got overflowed the night before because of someone pushing on the flush too aggressively, they came out Sunday morning and had the unit replaced (with a bigger one :) ) within 2 hours! They were so nice and very efficient, we highly recommend this diligent team!

Three weeks with out my R.V Serviced way to go onsite..... but hay don’t give your customer a break for your mistakes still charge for service. Super way to go,,,, customer service👎

OnSite provided outdoor bathrooms for my wedding and my guests really appreciated this. It felt like a normal indoor bathroom inside, had AC on a warm summer day, and the team was nice to work with. I appreciated how easy the process was to reserve, and schedule deliver and pick up. Highly recommend!

Great On Site drivers running redlights across traffic today in Shakopee by I-169 ramp ar 9AM. IMO, embarrassing for company representation.

I rented the Quad package for my wedding at my parents home. Their customer service was fantastic- I received quick responses, great advice and well-explained quotes. I placed the deposit and didnt have to do anything further but provide a contact name & number prior to the delivery (they reached out to me to remind me -- THANK YOU!). The delivery was smooth and effortless and they worked well with my dad, who was concerned about trucks driving on the grass :-). The restrooms were clean, and guests loved the sink so they could wash their hands (instead of using sanitizer).THANK YOU for making our event that much easier!! I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Used there service for several months. Told there drive I was discontinuing my service to my Rv and still got a charge off on my credit card the next month. Would not refund my $100 and told me I had not called the office to discontinue service. And even though there drivers work for them they are not held responsible for communicating to the office about there customers wishes. Nice to know corporate America can steal from us and blame it on politics.

On Site Companies is the place to go (pun intended) for your onsite, portable bathroom needs! They do much more than porta-potties! They have different options of luxury trailer bathrooms including heated and A/C equipped!

They arrived on time to drop off the units. They were a day late to pick them up, but that wasnt a big deal for us. What really made is angry is that the guy that came to pick it up drove right over the lawn where are septic system is! Hopefully it doesnt ruin anything! That can get expensive fast! All they had to do was knock on the door and ask if they could drive on the grass and we would have directed them to go around the septic system, but apparently they couldnt handle that.

I recently rented an OnSite portable restroom for my daughters winter wedding. From the moment I contacted the company, things couldnt have been more perfect. Their staff was wonderful to deal with. The luxury unit arrived exactly on time and was placed exactly where we asked. It was picked up just when OnSite promised it would be.Thank God we had a luxury unit with heat and lighting, as the wedding didnt take place until 7 pm, and the reception went from 9:30 pm until 2:00 am the next morning. January nights get pretty cold in Minnesota. Having running water and flush toilets felt like a real luxury as well.If you need a portable restroom for your event, I highly recommend OnSite.

Tl;dr: They dont tell you when the unit will show up (6:30 am in my case), and hand sanitizer must be opted into, which is bizarre considering this is a company that deals with collecting HUMAN WASTE.Ordering process was smooth, but the person on the phone failed to tell me that the drop off was going to happen at 6:30am. Not the biggest deal, I suppose, but I wasnt awake to work with the delivery person on placement of the unit, so our neighbors will now be familiar with our elimination habits since it was just dumped (pun intended) in the alley way.The second thing was what really got me hot under the collar. There was no hand sanitizer in the unit, nor were we informed that it was a $15 extra charge. That seems like a rather important detail, especially if the word sanitation is in your name. It was made even worse by the fact that our water is off for the next day or two while we get some plumbing work done for our bathroom renovation. The agent on the phone offered no solution, so I bought hand sanitizer at the store. It was cheaper than $15 to do that anyway, so maybe they did me a favor.

OnSite provided portable restrooms for my wedding at the Round Barn Farm in Red Wing, MN. They have many different options. It was nice to have flushing toilets and running water so that guests could wash their hands -- a step up from typical portable restrooms.The people at OnSite were great to work with through the whole process. The pick-up and delivery went very smoothly (I didnt even know when that happened, which was nice), and everything worked well for the event. Thank you, OnSite!

My husband and I found ourselves in the midst of an unexpected sewer line outage- 6 days before his annual birthday party. When our contractor delivered the bad news that our sewer would not be fixed in time for the weekend, I wasnt sure we could cancel the party in time- friends from out of town were already on their way.The solution? A temporary biffy. On Site was the only company to immediately respond to my request for quote. The rate was very affordable, equivalent to one hotel room for one night. Christine was awesome in arranging delivery for the afternoon I had called; Becky confirmed the arrangments; the delivery personnel put the biffy exactly where I wanted it.Given that its the middle of January, of course I took the option to have an in-biffy heater. The biffy was very clean inside, and I made it feel more like home by installing my own lamp, rug, and decoration inside. Despite the below-zero weather, the biffy was very comfortable to use and allowed us to host our guests without hesitation.Not only was it the hit of the party (my guests want it back every year!) but the biffy has enabled my husband and I to stay at home during the course of the sewer work- now ten days and counting. Just this morning Angelica again extended our contract because the work continues.OnSite has been fantastic to work with and a godsend while we are without our sewer. They have been responsive, flexible, accommodating, and supportive- and I highly recommend the service.
