I give the staff in the store 5 Stars along with their customer service, helpfulness, knowlwdge and the availability of the appliances. We have purchased a new refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher from Premier all within the last year. The refrigerator was delivered within 3 days and I was told at the big box stores it would have been a few weeks to a month! We did pay a little more for the sane refrigerator but it was worth it. When we purchased the stove in November 2020, my husband went on a Monday morning and it was delivered Monday afternoon (weve been told by others that appliances are hard to get right now too!) We just purchased and had the dishwasher installed this last week. Speaking of install, we are not impressed with the person who installs. He has been here three times now and he is not friendly, in fact this last time he was very rude. The first time he came to look at the refrigerator because the seal on the door wasnt keeping it closed. The first thing he said was my kitchen floor isnt level so that could be why it doesnt stay closed. However he did fix the door (under warranty) and it stays closed despite my slanted floor. He was here for the stove install as well. He was not very friendly but Jordan was so he made up for that. And, I have to add, Jordan is very knowledgeable about the appliances so I feel comfortable with him. Now, with the dishwasher... he was very rude (the installer is, not Jordan)!! He walked in the kitchen and looked at my current dishwasher and said what the hell am I supposed to do with that? And, yes, that is an exact quote. We want to continue to shop local even if the prices are a little higher than the big box stores. We are impressed with how quickly we have been able to get our appliances along with the staff in the store. We are considering other places for future appliances because of the continued rudeness of the installer.

When ever an appliance quits working I’ve always went to Premier Appliance to get a used one from their back room. They always deliver and have great service. I like buying from local when possible.Well This 6/19/20 was the day before my daughters wedding. Of course something had to break first our air conditioner the day before then the fridge in the garage....We were having her wedding at our home because of Covid. Yes I was a bit stressed what the heck I need to get this out of garage where we were hosting and really needed another fridge. I called they had one on the floor. I said I’ll take it! I don’t care what color It is I just need one. With in 2 hours they were at my house delivering it and taking away the beast that died Amen! I was SO happy! Amazing service! Can’t say enough!

The lady owner was very friendly and helpful to us. Even though, they did not have the size of product we needed. We appreciate her honesty and her kindness. The showroom was very nice.

They were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable when we were shopping for appliances. They are even holding our appliances until our house is finished. I would highly recommend shopping here instead of the big box stores, since there prices were almost exactly the same.

We have boughten many appliances though the years, and had very few problems. When we did thier service was always quick. Great company to work with!
