We built a new home 2 years ago, leaving us starting from scratch when it came to landscaping. We searched high and low for the right service and were coming up short.. Van Zeeland to the rescue! Jared lead the project to develop a plan that would work for us - that was the start of our great experience! Our project was spread over 2 visits in 2 years from the crew lead by Jared and Bill, and both times, we were met with professional, informative, and helpful staff. Not to mention, the trees and plants were just what we hoped for. We are so happy to have our landscape in and couldnt recommend Van Zeeland more!

Even though its been three years since Ive purchased plants and trees from VanZeelands in Little Chute. I thought it may br appropriate to comment on my experience and quality of the plants and trees i purchased there. First off. My wife and i were treated as expected from a landscape company during the busy summer months, did i get immediate attention from the employees, no, but the employees were all busy doing their job and or helping other customers. When our turn came, the young lady who helped us, was very nice and went out of her way in helping us pick out a lilac tree and two smoke bushes. At another time while purchasing a hydrangea. The young man went into great detail on how to care for the plant. We were and are very happy the way we were treated. All of the trees, bushes and flowers are do8ng beautifully. I would say to any future customer, when shopping there, have some patience, as this is a landscaping company first and i would expect a public nursery second. When i was young, i worked for a landscaping company. It can be very physically demanding and as a landscaping foreman very frustrating working with some certainly not all customers. Trying to get paid after the work was done to the customer satisfaction, and then want some sort of discount as a reason for late payment. All said, i give Van Zeelands 6 stars. This business is not easy.

Van Zeeland was an excellent choice for us.Jared and his crew did an outstanding job on our front ditch. They started the job the same week and worked with us on our preference. Then had to work with the township to get the job done to code. Great work and great teamFive stars for these guys!

If you do business with this company, you will regret it. I purchased several plants and shrubs that died within weeks after their so called experts planted them. I followed their watering guidelines. Now they refuse to replant replacement shrubs or refund my money under their 1 year guarantee.The catch in their phony warranty is that they dont REPLANT new shrubs with the dead ones THEY PLANTED! They are in very poor financial health and rely on scamming buyers to avoid their obligations.Im only trying to help unsuspecting buyers fall into their unscrupulous owners trap.Yes, you are missing something. That being an honest andTRUSTWORTHY company.I just found another nursery to replace about a dozen shrubs that were planted by Van Zeeland and died. The nursery is near Green Bay. Although I dont expect their shrubs will die, this nursery will replace them AND REPLANT THEM AT NO ADDITIONAL COST!

Totally pleased with work done in my yard. Impressed by the Professional way Jim and his crew handled their jobs. Logo shirts told me they took pride in their work. Jared was well organized and thoroughly explained what was to be done, both to me and foreman.Kept to my budget without any high pressure. Highly recommend. Will hire again.

This place was a lot more interesting Scenic and photogenic than the windmill. You can easily spot the attractive Landscaping from Main Street. I was amazed at the Quality of the plants hear all of them really look good compared to other nurseries. If I was a nature photographer I could really get some cool pictures in here. They really have some nice displays. Im so impressed I think Im going to buy a tree here for the yard

Everyone was friendly even though they were super busy and down to only 1 skid steer to load customers. Made 2 trips today. The first was with a younger man who loaded the bed of my truck with some care. The 2nd trip was an older gentleman who just dumped it in the bed of my truck. Leaving dirt fall against the back window. Was not thrilled about this, he seemed irritated with me for whatever reason.Top soil seemed more pulverized compared to another business I went to an hour before this. A little bit higher in price as compared to other local businesses.

Jared was amaxing to work with. He listened intently to our needs and provided a beautiful design. The men who removed all our mature shrubs and planted the new ones were professional and polite. I highly recommend.

My landscaping done by Van Zeeland Nursery is absolutely amazing! I am constantly walking around my yard to see the stonework and the growing plants. It compliments the house beautifully. I am beyond thrilled with it. They were such a pleasure to work with.

I got home from work and was wowed! They went over and above! Besides beautifully planting my tree they filled and sodded the hole left in my yard from the tree I lost earlier this summer.

Checked out a total of 4 nurseries in the Fox Valley area recently, as I was looking to plant some trees in my yard before fall. The customer service at the other nurseries were lacking, to say the least, but Van Zeeland provided great customer service. They were able to explain the difference between different variants of what appears to otherwise be about the same kind of tree (for example, 4 different kinds of red maples) so that I could be sure the plants I purchased were what I wanted and a good fit for my yard.They also provided great guidance on how to care for my trees after planting, and had a nifty trick for loading (and later unloading at my home) trees with decent sized root balls. It was a pleasure to work with Van Zeeland Nursery, and I recommend them for others in the Fox Valley that are looking for plants to add to their yards.

I was looking for a well reviewed nursery to purchase some trees for our property and found Van Zeeland. We were helped right away by staff upon arriving and I worked with Robin who was professional and very knowledgeable about her job. Robin is awesome! She listened to what we were looking for and showed us several different varieties of trees that fit what we wanted. Needless to say we bought from Van Zeeland... We traveled from the western Green Bay area to go specifically to this nursery even though we have multiple ones near us within a few miles.

The Van Zeeland team was easy to work with from start to finish. Their crew worked very hard on our project yet patiently allowed my 4 year old grandson to play in their dirt pile. Strongly recommend this company; very professional!

Best nursery around. Knowledgeable, friendly, understanding, and fair. Will never tell you that you HAVE to do this or that just to make money. I actually went looking to spend more and they cut back because it wasnt necessary. Thank you for our wonderful landscape design and soon install!!

Its run very well, but its a below average place to work. Foreman have been working there 20+ years and expect you to do everything theyre doing and at the same level/pace. If you dont, theyll get frustrated pretty easily even if its only the first time which translates to an awkward rest of the day. If youre new to the type of work, it may come as a struggle and I can tell you if it does, you will last for a very very short time. That being said though, they do a good job with everything else. I hope they find a way to fix new workers and experienced workers in a way that works for both. They have absolutely no system and quite frankly its disappointing because I liked working there. So please if youre planning on working there stay far, FAR away.

Dont do business with this company. You will regret it.I felt compelled to respond to their slanderous comments on my warning to other potential customers.This company lies and overcharges for substandard work. They also planted shrubs that died after 3 weeks in the ground.After I pointed out many, many ridiculous charges and the shoddy work performed, I did feel a slight discount was in order (less than 10%). The company President used a laughable analogy that when a person buys a car, the person cant expect to renegotiate the price. I damn well would expect a price reduction or a full refund when the car turns out to be a lemon.

We are beyond pleased with the results of our landscaping project! We contacted (4) different landscapers in the Fox Valley and YOU were the only one who got back to us. One of them came and looked, said they would get back to us and never did, and the other two did not even give us the courtesy of a phone call. We are so appreciative of how everything went. First we dealt with Nate, your designer. He was absolutely awesome! He talked with us and got our ideas, put everything together, followed the project to completion and kept us informed every step of the way. Jim, the supervisor on the project was just as amazing! He treated our yard like it was his own. Every day when they left, everything was so cleaned up it looked like they had not even been here. He asked questions and checked all day long to make sure all was going ok. His crew as well, Jake, Kirk, JT, Jeff and Bob were wonderful! Polite, courteous, smiling, hardworking are only a few adjectives to describe your employees. And your good customer service was beyond our expectations!! Thanks again for a job well done!If you are looking for someone to complete a project for you, without a doubt, VanZeeland Nursery & Landscape is the place to contact. You will not be disappointed!
